What do you like best about Outreach?

I like how you are able to write down call tasks as reminders as well as the simplicity of writing down notes for each call and having everything logged in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

There are moments when outreach can be slow, and sometimes it doesn't sync well with salesforce where it is slow or the tab doesnt appear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am able to have accurate follow up with my prospects and check the notes I wrote down for each one so I know who to target. I also can know and track how many calls I have per week which allows me to know if I need to make more or less calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Outreach?

What I like most of Outreach is the easiness and agility of the platform. It makes it better to work within Outreach than the CRM itself because Outreach is very fast and responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

I think there's always room to improve, sometimes I see it's not tracking properly emails opening and clicks, but not sure if it's because of the prospect's emails servers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Outreach?

Managing the entire outbound and top-of-funnel lead generation process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

Feature and setting nomenclature inside the Outreach platform can often be unique to SDR work and doesn't necessarily align with other industry-standard tools like Salesforce or Hubspot. That being said, this is hardly a staller, as Outreach University and the Outreach Knowledge Base are fantastic and more than compensate! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Outreach?

The UI is absolutely gorgeous. The more I have used this application, the more I have come to appreciate the attention to detail. This app brings beauty AND productivity to my work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I suppose I dislike the fact that I only get to use this app through my company. At the current price point, it wouldn't make sense for me to license this app for personal use. However, I can imagine many personal use cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Outreach?

Connection with Linkedin and the task field, permits to control and eventually delegate to team mate the execution of an outbound program. Integration with CRM is also providing operational efficiencies Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is no option to send video messages directly through Linkedin, you have to use third parts software, like Vidyards. On the other hand, in our CRM we have track of activities via contacts, not via leads Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Outreach?

The ability to use templates snippets to quickly access reusable content greatly speeds up email composure. The reply follow up feature ensures that nothing slips through the cracks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not a lot of downsides to speak of -- sometimes our organization hits our API limits. Perhaps better notifications for our admins before we reach these limits would help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
