I like the Outreach everywhere that pops up when you are in Salesforce. I like how easy the templates and sequences are to set up. The AB testing within sequences is a great feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The activity doesn't sync to outreach well. It's in Salesforce, but not all calls/emails sync to the Outreach platform itself. It also takes a very long time to load reports and they often time out before I get info. I don't like how you can't Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The CS support is pretty bad. We have meetings with our CS rep regularly, and he has provided us little to no value, and every question we ask he has to circle back on and claims he's going to "email us" the answer then, it will take weeks. Outreach offers the opportunity to drive sales at scale. The platform is especially well positioned to automate Outbound processes and we have seen loads of success with it. Support and integration with other tools such as Salesforce is excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like Outreach because I feel empowered to take action immediately and when I want - not limited by my own bandwidth or by marketing's messaging. Its' power is in automation, and therefore my productivity. I don't have many dislikes about Outreach, but if I had to pick one, I think it would be the set-up and learning process. It's not entirely intuitive in terms of understanding what messages have been sent already and where a rep can INTELLIGENTLY get started selling to someone who very likely has received multiple emails already. Implementation, we purchased this tool several years ago and no one took ownership of implementation. We leaned into the tool, purchased a managed services agreement, and have been become, expert users. Our sales and marketing team depends on Outreach at this point. Stability: It's common to see some slowness or issues every week.
Lack of features on the API: Basic requests such as negative filtering and filtering on some essential fields like "opted-out" are not present.
Lack of features on the UI: The UI is optimized for usability and not for the richness of the features. It works fine for small/medium businesses, but when you heavily rely on outreach, some features for power users are lacking. Mainly the lack of detailed monitoring or the possibility to export certain parts of the data to build a in house monitoring solution.

Sometimes we wait several days to hear back from their support team and I have to follow up just to get a reply. Also they've changed reps on us so many times that I've stopped trying to keep track.
