What do you like best about Outreach?

Integration to Gong and GSuite, allows for easy tracking of email opens and clicks. It also allows me to build out routine sequence and/or cadence, which I can use for multiple prospects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

Super complex. A ton of features that I don't have time to utilize, but could potentially benefit from. It can be a bit click-heavy, but I'm sure each feature has a function/use case that could be applicable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Ability to track when emails are opened, and/or interacted with

2. Calling prospects from in house dialer

3. Integratioin to Gong & GSuite, so I can track all touchpoints with a prospect

What do you like best about Outreach?

Ease of use is the highlight for sure. I find the updates that are made also keep my framework easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

At times it will log out without my knowledge and I'll miss on key insights on email opens when looking at a "sent" email in Gmail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Outreach?

What do you dislike about Outreach?

Lack to personalise reports directly on Outreach (requires a lot of manual looking around + export function is as useful as it could be, given all the data that is on Outreach). The inability to find and organise Tags in one place Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Outreach?

I like that it helps my reps stay organized. However the interface can be hard to toggle. No back buttons etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Outreach?

The most useful feature of Outreach is the sequences. It makes following up with prospects much easier than having to keep track of all of the interactions by yourself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Outreach?

The platform is very customizable. The outreach provides sequences that can be tailored based on what the prospect actioned on. You can also get details related to who contacted the prospect previously and interaction notes. Also, successful messaging is acquirable through this platform. What do you dislike about Outreach?

One of the features I don't really like about outreach is that the total sequenced prospects aren't accurate at first glance. Another issue I have encountered is the communication between outreach and my CRM. When a prospect was finished in a sequence, I was not initially aware that they were done until manually checking my CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Outreach?

I love everything about this tool! The sequencing gives you the flexibility to determine what's best for your company to ensure no prospect slips through the cracks and gets the full follow-up they deserve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

I wouldn't say it's a dislike, I just wish I could use it more in-depth for marketing drips. We are a start up without Martech so I wish there was an easier way to use Outreach for drip campaigns - but again, not a dislike since Outreach isn't a marketing first platform. Call quality could also be better with Outreach Voice Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?

We work all inbound leads seamlessly and manage our outbound process through the use of Outreach sequences. I feel confident every lead gets a true follow-up to ensure we maximize prospects that come our way to book as many meetings as possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Outreach?

Prospecting functionality is unmatched - moving lead lists SFDC > outreach and automating email nurture campaigns Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

Since it is contact based system, it makes it tough to manage accounts (with multiple contacts attached) once those accounts are closed/won. I definitely see more functionality on the SDR / AE teams than on the AM teams Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Outreach:

Be prepared to spend a lot of time upfront to have an effective launch. You probably need a salesforce developer. I tried to run our entire implementation as the Director of Sales and would not recommend it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Economies of scale in contacting leads and running targeted marketing campaigns by segmentation

- call volume across the AE/SDR teams has increased

What do you like best about Outreach?

Any time I have run into an issue our Customer Success Manager (or Outreach Support) have been quick to respond and help find a solution Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Outreach:
