The Nosto insights are extremely helpful when tracking the affinities of your customer and making future site decisions. Love the AI tool to swap recommendations for what is currently trending on the site. This improves the customer experience and saves our team time updating these recommendations. The Nosto design team is excellent at matching our current site theme! Our Customer Success Manager, Jane, is THE best!! Always so responsive and able to find solutions for us almost immediately. There is a learning curve for getting to know the Nosto features. Although, once you can commit time to learn, the tool is exciting and intuitive. The Nosto Academy is a helpful tool for understanding the AI better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nosto has quite many built-in features that can be implemented on your website quickly enough. Once you've set up recommendations, automations and other features, you rarely have to touch them and simply make small tests and continuously optimize them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the features need quite a lot of technical know-how and some features such as small customizations to pop-ups will require you to pay extra, although the base fee is already quite expensive. Also, we run a multi-webshop platform and we can only utilize Nosto on one website, although the sites share the same technology and same products. Sometimes making simple adjustments (such as bolding a text on a popup copy) requires you to either make adjustments directly into the CSS editor or have the support do it for you. I wish some of such basic features were better implemented to the editors.
Having to sign a contract for a total year (with automatic renewal) is also not the best way for us, we would prefer shorter contracts and the possibility to re-evaluate at each renewal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We love all the features available with Nosto. We use recommendations, Content, Email Widgets, and more. The recommendations are great because you can optimize them once and then you rarely have to change them. It does take some time to discover all the possibilities with Nosto and how to use certain things, but this gets easier with time. The pricing is on the higher end for our company, although the Director of CRO makes the price worth it for our situation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At first, you might feel overwhelmed by the number of things that need to be learned. However, the account managers are very helpful and guide you through the entire process. Very good additional sales since implementing Nosto. It's great to see the stats for each personalised recommendation broken down by CTR, conversion and total sales, and being able to see what recommendations your customers are engaging with the most. A/B testing has been an excellent tool, allowing us to provide the best recommendations for our customers. We have made good use of the bundle tool, which has generated some good additional sales. Nosto's development of segmentation has allowed us to provide a really personalised experience for each customer that visits our site. Setting up the recommendations can be quite confusing with all the options, but this can be walked through with the account manager. Some A/B testing we have had some issues with the layout many times which causes delays in testing as the Nosto team have to fix.
