**What do you like best about Nosto?**

When we were looking for a solution to aggregate content, Nosto was the perfect solution for us! We love that it can pull in content from hundreds of accounts and the content is searchable.

It would be great if images with alt text was also reflected in the aggregated display.

One of the things I like about Nosto is its ease of use. The platform is incredibly intuitive and user-friendly, even for those who aren't particularly tech-savvy. The setup process is straightforward, and the platform seamlessly integrates with major e-commerce platforms like Shopify.

Setting up Nosto can take some time and effort. Although the platform is intuitive and user-friendly so it should be easy to do it.

**What do you like best about Nosto?**

An unbeatable tool for creating dynamic and customised experiences on our website, Nosto has given us the ability to create meaningful product banners with increased conversions. We love that we can deliver new customers and returning customers different products-based affinities, purchase history, or view history. 
The support and help provided by Nosto is amazing and absolutely essential to get the most out of what is a sophisticated tool with huge potential.

**What do you dislike about Nosto?**

Initially, Nosto can be a little tricky to set up, however, once you’ve worked with your Account Manager it all starts to click and results start to flow. 
At this stage there isn’t an existing integration with our email platform Campaign Monitor, so we’re investigating whether using the Nosto API is doable.

**What problems is Nosto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nosto gives our small marketing team the ability to deliver a website experience aligned with larger marketing teams and has provided us the ability to work one-on-one with Support to ensure we are making the absolute most out of the tool.

**What do you like best about Nosto?**

The tool has an excellent easy to use interface, great training tools, and opportunities to test, report, and develop. You can use recommendations, segmentation, email targeting, and trigger pop-ups.

**What do you dislike about Nosto?**

Some of the setup for the recommendations and tests can be fiddly going in and out. However, the account manager is accommodating and advises on anything that doesn't seem too clear to us.

Merchandising, a/b testing content ideas, abandon basket emails to recover drop off and encourage purchases and conversion. It also gives great analytics and insights into customer habits that we use for campaigns.

To really make the most use of the tool, you need someone with bandwidth to really manage it. We lacked that, so were never able to take full advantage of it.

**What do you like best about Nosto?**

This is POWERFUL software.  While Nosto is most commonly used for product recommendations, we're opting to use their Content Personalization to speak to different customer segments.  We love that we can speak to new customers differently than returning customers, and even further by the customer's affinities, purchase history, or view history. There's so much more too!

**What do you dislike about Nosto?**

It's a pricy platform - I won't sugarcoat that!  There were also quite a few issues and delays in implementing popups on our site. We moved forward without popups because of these issues.

We love that we can speak to everyone who comes to our site a little differently, and we love that we can A/B test our content to see what drives the most revenue or increased CRV or CTR.

Even with the training academy, you do need confidence in basic code or website UX to be able to change hard coded content or fiddly placements

**What do you like best about Nosto?**

We've been using Nosto for 4 months now and I have nothing but great things to say. Although it's an incredibly robust tool, the interface is easy to navigate. Its capabilities are robust, and we're constantly pleased with what we're able to build within the tool. Plus, our CSM has been great, and their dev team has created several custom solutions in an extremely timely manner that makes it even more relevant to our business needs. I would definitely recommend.

Nosto has a high level of sophistication and the A/B testing ability gives excellent and sometimes surprising insights into customer behaviour. There seems to be plenty of scope to explore more of the functionality available within Nosto

**What do you dislike about Nosto?**

It is quite a complex tool to get familiar with. Not a plug and play type app. You need to make a commitment of time and effort to be able to implement in a meaningful way.

**Recommendations to others considering Nosto:**

Nosto is a very powerful tool but it requires a significant commitment from the user to extract the benefits available. It is geared toward larger businesses who will likely have the internal resources available to enable implementation to be done in a timely and complete manner.

**What problems is Nosto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem would be to deliver recommendations that are relevant to the individual vistor rather than the standard cookie cutter approach we had used in the past.
With more tailored recommendations delivered to visitors we have definitely seen an increase in our AOV which we would attribute to Nosto

This tool is very helpful in allowing a brand to speak specifically to certain customer segments. I also love how you can track the behavior and metrics of specific customer segments. Helps you to better under who is shopping with your brand.

I have not found anything I dislike with the platform yet. It is very user-friendly.

Nosto allows us to show the customer more relevant products than we could manually achieve.  Nosto gives us an abundance of data to help us better understand our customers and it is displayed in a very easy-to-digest way.

Nosto's recommenders and recommender logic have been a consistent success on our websites year after year. The breadth of options for how the logic should apply is outstanding and the design editors are easy to use. 

**What do you dislike about Nosto?**

We've had issues with the indexers on our Magento 2 website which at times have impacted performance.

**What problems is Nosto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nosto helps us solve A/B test challenges when we want to run complex tests. They are also working with our development team to solve the issue with the indexers.

The platform is very intuitive and easy to use. The support teams are also very responsive and really happy to assist with both easy-to-solve and difficult problems. The dynamic content tool is also super useful.

**What do you dislike about Nosto?**

The platform could be perceived to be a little pricey, but it definitely delivers a quality experience.

We also had a couple of issues with trying to sync data (inventory levels) between Magento 2 and Nosto.

**What problems is Nosto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We never had any cross-sell or up-sell tools on the site prior to Nosto, and that was the main reason for signing up with them. But we've found the dynamic content to be one of the most useful tools. It's great to help showcase promotions, but also fix annoying bugs that developers might not have gotten round to sorting out.

Nosto helped us provide a better customer experience on our website, and the results have been incredible.
The lift in revenue has been remarkable, and it helped reduce our bounce rate.
I would recommend it to everyone in ecommerce.
They have a dedicated success manager, Reese, and I meet with him every week.
He is the best: he always recommends new features and something new to test, and he is always willing to help me with the implementation.
Impressive.

Is there anything to dislike about a tool that helped increase revenue and has a fantastic relationship with me as a business?
I doubt it! Nothing I dislike about Nosto!

**What do you like best about Nosto?**

- Nosto is easy to implement. We recently changed our shop system from Magento to Shopware 6 and it went very smoothly without any problems.
- The platform is super easy to use. You can do a lot of small modifications to the product recommendations without coding and easily AB-test the changes.
- Nosto provides very good and detailed insights of your segments and your recommendations. You can easily see how your product recos perform and thus reevaluate your settings and deduce next steps.
- Fast-growing tool. Nosto is very innovative and the platform is constantly changing. In these adjustments, you can often see that your feedback has been taken seriously, which I really like.
- Super great and very quick responding customer service. My driven CSM has always good ideas and suggestions to get everything out of the tool.

**What do you dislike about Nosto?**

You can do a lot of standardly adjustments to some features, but as soon as it gets a little more complex, you can't do it on your own. Nosto developers can build/implement it for you, but it does cost extra. The extra fee is quite expensive. Sometimes, this is a little bit frustrating, because you have this really good idea, which you want to implement right away, but then it's just not possible without your own developers or Nosto.
That is why we are only using the Nosto recommendations and no other features at the moment.

We have a quite big and diverse product range, so Nosto helps a lot with personalizing the customer journey by addressing different segments and thus improves our AOV and CR and also reduces bounce rates.

Capabilities are endless. Popups, emails, recommendations, banner images, different content for different segments, being able to sort products and show products based on price points. It's absolutely fascinating if you choose to pay for all the features

**What do you dislike about Nosto?**

Doing ANYTHING takes so much effort. You have to have a segment and placement and content. learning how to use Nosto is very annoying and confusing. I spend most of my time reaching out to my support rep asking her the how-tos because it just isn't intuitive. Of course once you learn anything, it's easier but the overall process is tedious for sure.

**What problems is Nosto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Personalization is a big strategy we're working to improve. Nosto helps us get as segmented as we would like ensuring our customers are seeing the correct imagery, products and discount codes depending on how they landed on the site.

The AI engine for recommendations seems to work well. Quite easy to use, but requires some level of tech-savviness.

**What do you dislike about Nosto?**

Template work for the recommendation elements creates double frontend work (native listings and Nosto listings). I recommend using the JS API if possible to avoid this.

Onboarding was done a bit poorly, but the collaboration has improved alot later on.

Make sure you get the necessary support from the get-go and try to get in touch with other companies using Nosto for valuable customer insights.

We use Nosto mainly to show personalzed recommendations as well as adding dynamic CTA's and useful content into different parts of our website.

Our rep is incredible and really helps us to achieve so much on our site. We brainstorm personalization test together and find ways to improve landing pages and upsell products. Nosto has been a really great addition for our Shopify store!!

I found the Nosto platform a little confusing to learn at first, but now I have begun to understand it a little better.

Nosto gives a lot of usable functionality that can be activated without knowledge of coding or technical programming. The created personal recommendation can be easily previewed and adjusted within the system or in fabulous debug mode.

As a long-term user, the platform seems to change from an all-inclusive platform (as we started in 2015) to a platform with a paid add-on kind of business model.

It is a very intuitive tool, with unique characteristics in the market, I managed to increase the conversion rate of my site by 48%, and 34% increased the buyback rate and improved the recurrence of potential users, a genius the Home Page segmentation by audience, and without a doubt the best thing is the personalized technical support, a team of professionals with human quality.

I had complaints but the technical support has been educating me to get more out of the tool and learn how to use it better. More than not liking it, I know that there are things that I don't know and that I need to learn to use.

It solves the problem of automating the site and making the content interactive, in turn, making it more attractive to help persuade the purchase, it also helps to define the audience to segment the best prospect in advertising campaigns.

Nosto gave us the possibility to take over more control from our development agencies. Today an Online shop needs a plethora of options regarding product recommendations, internal advertisement campaigns and personalized content to be able to compete with full-grown marketplaces and competitors.

In our case we only had little resources for the development of new features. Nosto provided us with the features that we needed with nearly no development effort.

**What do you dislike about Nosto?**

Integration into web analytics was not easy and has not happened totally - we are still missing some features. Customer support was not good in the beginning but improved a lot. Meanwhile, it is great.

**What problems is Nosto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Main topics we use Nosto for are product recommendations and personalized content. We are independent from developers.

Nosto provides Kazidomi with a set of self-learning algorithms and advanced RFM segmentation options that lets us create a truly personalized shopping experience. Furthermore, we can make smarter decisions based on A/B tests but more importantly,  will personalize the entire customer journey to the maximum. That will generate every customer with a unique shopping experience based upon his interests, resulting in higher AOV, lower bounce rates and consequently, grow of course the revenue of Kazidomi. And of top of that, the support and customer success team is amazing.

If you want  to create unique shopping experiences, don't look any further and integrate Nosto in your store.

Nothing! For me the experience is amazing!!

**What do you like best about Nosto?**

We have transformed our entire home page to be powered by Nosto, this gives each of our customers a truly personalized experience.

The setup process was super smooth, within a few days we had some basic Nosto functions up and running. We were assigned the great almighty Rory Gilmore to see the implementation through. Rory gave us a clear idea of how to use the Nosto platform and came with some great suggestions and best practices.  We saw a great uplift on all of our product recommendations instantly.

We have worked closely with the super fabulous Becky Taylor to develop further concepts and get real techy. We are looking forward to rolling out all of the new concepts in the new year and developing more with Nosto.

Overall it has been a great addition to our tech stack.

**What do you dislike about Nosto?**

Not having the ability to translate a language & currency on Nosto powered elements of our store. I am sure this is something we can work on to find a solution. 

It would be good if we could create a group of campaign items. For instance, if we could have grouped all of our Black Friday campaigns into a group that we could have switched off in one hit and then reinstated the previous group of campaigns it could save a lot of time.

When creating a campaign, you have to make sure you have created a placement and segment before you can continue to make the campaign. It would be good if you could create the entire campaign, placement and segment all in one area.

Giving our customers a fully personalised shopping experience. 

Benefits that we have realised include an increased conversion rate and learning more about how we can implement more AI across the site.

I would be glad to see some best practices matrixes at the very beginning (as a point of reference for further discussions).
The contract should state the exact nr of manhours of support (status of available limit should be updated regularly in order to see how it has been used and how much is left)

The email widgets and recommendation carousels have been instrumental to helping us target our two vastly different customer groups across both of our websites. The A/B testing tool has allowed up to optimize our efforts and see an increased return on same. Additionally, the customer support received and training to ensure all features are optimized was second to none.

We had some billing issues, however this was quickly rectified with the support of our Customer Success Manager.

We have been able to implement cart abandonment emails which have received great feedback both internally and with our customers. Additionally the recommendation carousels have helped increase conversions and collect incremental sales which would have previously been lost.

Besides the support of our Customer Succes Manager, she is fast in solving problems.

**What do you like best about Nosto?**

Simple API which helps to index your search entries and use them on your site. Also support team responds very fast if you have some questions or difficulties using the API or anything else.

There is a developers console provided for SearchNode clients, where you can easily create queries to see your index values, change some entries or modify your index.

What I love the most is that it is possible to get some custom solutions regarding your indexes or search results. Most of the other search engine providers just give you the product and you use all the functionality as it is. SearchNode helps with even some unusual solutions where they adapt their system to fully support your needs.

**What do you dislike about Nosto?**

Probably a lack of statistics feedback on developers console. A tool where you can see all the important search related statistics, export some data etc. Although these features is currently in progress as I understand. At the moment all the needed statistics can be accessed by contacting SearchNode support team.

**What problems is Nosto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using SearchNode on e-commerce product as a search tool mainly. Also we use it to index products on some featured pages on the WEB application. Most important benefit is that we get a ready to use product and we saved a lot of time because we didn't had to implement this functionality by ourselves. And of course search and relevance results are fine so we get more satisfied customers.

Our account manager was also very helpful, offering guidance and assistance to help set up our A/B testing and other new features on the platform.

The most helpful and upside thing is that it is very easy and understandable. Adding the synonyms in one or two way is very easy and it improves the search results massively.

I havent seen any downside at the moment. All the downsides are related to our homepage and how the products are named, no fault for searchnode here.

They take time to train the Champion team to harness their platform independently - and this makes the team feel empowered. As a solution, Nosto elevates the on-site experience for our consumers by helping us deliver personalised experiences.

I wish we could be at 100% platform utilisation already to truly harness the platforms capabilities already, but some features, quite rightly, depend on machine learning.

As an online store, you need your clients to find the products as soon as possible. With SearchNode this is very easy, because they show you the right results even when you miss some charachters. Also, it gives you recommandations about similar products, if what your are looking for is not available It's one of the most used tools on our website.
SearcdNode team is very responsive to any problems that may occur and try to solve them as fast as possible

There are rare updates that sometimes affects the search, but nothing major untill now. Sometimes, the search display different products than the clients are looking for, but as i said before, the SearchNode team is very opperative and solve the problem quickly - usually, within hours or 1 working day.

If you have lots of products and categories, SearchNode it's the software that will make your life easier

For some of our clients, the menu can be difficult, especially if they are used with other platforms. First of all the mega great support from the Nosto team! If you have questions or problems, they are really quick to ask and help you.

The price-performance ratio of Nosto is really great, you really get something for your money. Often there are always big promises beforehand and then not even half of them are kept, that wasn't the case with Nosto!

Nosto is also very innovative, I loved the new A / B testing feature. So you can really test where and what is best received by customers. And you didn't even need your agency or a programmer.

I am very satisfied with Nosto and have not found anything where I was dissatisfied

Nosto is great software that delivers what it promises! And the support is really great.
On my part, 120% recommendation!

We use the recommendations of Nosto very much. In the categories, landing pages or on the product details page.
At the beginning we were skeptical that it would work, but we were instructed otherwise. We were able to significantly increase our sales. And have also found that it is well received to give customers recommendations because we now have no everyday range.

Easily allows me to automate recommendations per category and browsing history while simultaneously A/B testing to find the best results. For a company like ours that has a huge amount of products the segmentation tools are invaluable, allowing us to put different product in front on selected users.

I have a multk-store set up on Shopify and it would be really handy to be able to switch to each account more easily.

If you are looking for a simple way to control and optimize product recommendations as well as segmmet your customers into groups to target them with more relevant content then Nosto is the best.

We are solving the problem of what products to put in front of certain customers from a huge range of products. This creates a more seamless browsing experience and increased conversion. Nosto also allows us to manipulate what products show near the top in category listings dependant on certain criteria chosen by us. All A/B testable also.

Stackla helps us with our visual review strategy, allowing potential guests to view the property from other guest's eyes. We've also achieved cost savings, using UGC in a lot of our marketing materials (as opposed to consistently commissioning photoshoots).
