Even though Nosto has a lot of data that is captured by itself it does not give any API to access it every time if anything is required we have to log in and check. since it is not possible to give access to everyone it becomes a very tedious task to check and update data every time. Also, the customer support response is very slow, and getting technical issues solved takes time due to which the client has to bear losses incurred until the issue is solved Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nosto is a great tool but we love Julia who is the Director of CRO. We definitely would not get as much out of Nosto without the CX Optimization Package. Having Julia and this package have made Nosto a product that has grown our business exponentially. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nosto is an incredibly sophisticated tool that has many different options for meeting the needs of our business, while also offering simple solutions that can run in the background and generate money if you're too busy to put a lot of time or resources toward scaling the program. I think it can feel overwhelming at first just how many options you can run in Nosto, which can be quite intimidating, especially if you're new to the tool. Luckily, between the Nosto Customer Academy and our Nosto Customer Success Manager, I've been able to bring ideas of what I want to do and have easily found instructions or solutions to put them into play. I really appreciate all the possibilities that the tool offers us, no matter what our needs, there's always something that can be improved and that better matches our objectives. I would say that the platform is sometimes difficult to get to grips with when you're looking for certain data. Apart from that, there have been a few problems with the display of our recommendations, but nothing too disturbing and above all they've always been sorted out very quickly! The websites are designed in s such a way that viewers find it user friendly. Nosto has an amazing feature of providing satisfactory browsing experience. I have been using Nosto for a long time now. Initially I some difficulties but with the customer support provided by them like arranging webinars and multiple tutorials everything seem easy and better. Nosto easily manages single large store but sometime it fails to compile data a many franchise stores. These are minor problems. With a update everything can be resolved in a nick of time. To begin with, without having had the help frrom the weekly sessions it can seem a little complicated and not always the easiest to understand how/why certain elements work. One area where Nosto could improve is in handling multiple shops. While the platform is excellent for managing a single shop, it can be somewhat cumbersome when it comes to handling multiple shops simultaneously. The process of setting up and managing campaigns across multiple stores can be time-consuming and could benefit from more streamlined functionality. We are relatively new to Nosto, but so far it has been brilliant - the set up and boarding process is very efficient, and the weekly training sessions to get us set up and understanding the system have been amazingly helpful. If I ever have questions, or have set up a campaign and wanted to get it checked, they have been super responsive and helpful.

Overall everything is great - it can take a little while to learn how to use it well, and where all the different elements are located, but after having a play around for a while you can usually work it out!
