My Newsdesk combines the basic elements that you would expect of this type of service - contacts, distribution etc. But where it wins otu is in its ability ot have a customised online newsroom which can be designed to look like part of your company website, and acts as a destination for all media inquiries. Live chat suppirt is also valuable when you're getting to know the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Occasional software glitches aren't unknown - importing contacts from Excel spreadsheets in particular can be a little prone to crashing. But you can still cut and paste the contacts, so even this issue isn't something that halts your workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the send options could be more user friendly, importing contacts, managing contacts and linking to social media could be better Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Once your newsrooms and lists are set up, it is so easy to send out the PR online as well as to email contacts, all in one go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing comes to mind, the initial setting up takes a bit of time but is well worth it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
