What do you like best about Mynewsdesk?

My Newsdesk combines the basic elements that you would expect of this type of service - contacts, distribution etc. But where it wins otu is in its ability ot have a customised online newsroom which can be designed to look like part of your company website, and acts as a destination for all media inquiries. Live chat suppirt is also valuable when you're getting to know the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mynewsdesk?

Occasional software glitches aren't unknown - importing contacts from Excel spreadsheets in particular can be a little prone to crashing. But you can still cut and paste the contacts, so even this issue isn't something that halts your workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mynewsdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used this to replace a Press page on the website which was resource heavy, in that every story or image for publication had to be uploaded by a member of the web team, who were already under enormous work pressure. Time saving - instead of having to "send" the PR twice (posting it online and then sending it to email contacts), it's all done really quickly.
