I use it daily with work. Keeps my work and projects on track. I use it across the team and also for my personal to-do's so I don't loose sight of priorities. I love the intergrations available as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Downsides would be that you need to pay extra for some of the integrations I would like (Canvas etc..) even though we have a professional account. I don't like that changing a column in a board changes all the groups columns. It would be good if you could change a column within a group on a board without changing all the columns. I like the neat colour-coded UX design and the high degree of customisation the platform offers. Being able to sort our projects by priority, status and deadline has made managing our long list of tasks much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not much! I think that it should be made more obvious when an update is written on a project I am assigned to — currently I just get a notification in the top right corner, but I often miss this. I think if this was more of a pop-up, I'd be less likely to miss it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most about monday.com is its user friendliness and customizable interface. It's very intuitive and gives you a complete overview of the project in real time. What's more, the customer support is efficient and the value for money is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The one thing that I think could be improved in the software is the availability of more integrations with other tools, as this would make work even easier. There could also be more options for customizing the views. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Work management is a great tool for project management and organization. I'm able to customize how a project should be used, I can easily set up members, and it integrates with our intraoffice communications over Slack. We use it every day, and if any type of issue arises, support has always been quick to resolve the problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing that has been a downside is that setting up a custom board is a little time consuming, especially if you aren't quite familiar with all of the features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When we started using Monday's Work Management it was small projects here and there. As we became more accustomed to the tools we began to expand to the point now every department has multiple boards that help with managing workflow through their departments. The automations help us daily figure where our shortfalls are and what deadlines are upcoming that still need worked on. In our quoting department we have intergraated our quoting in with our Outlook which has helped us keep track of which quotes are still needing to be worked on. The learning curve to become fluent can be daunting at times. The learning modules are helpful, but it sometimes is hard to find time during the day to fit them in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Using monday feels very familiar to excel with its use of tables. The categorization and customization available helps to create boards specific to each use case we have. From tracking workflows and customer leads, we are able to do it all through monday. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The mobile app is not the most helpful tool when needing to get information or look at a board. It feels clunky in comparison to using the web version, which can be frustratingn at times when I do not have immediate access to my computer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In my role it's extremely important to continously update and note specfics about the members in our community database. We use Monday to nuture and organize the data we learn from each of our members. This helps us connect members with the right oppurtunities and connect with them on a more personal level. The seamless integration Monday provides makes this possible! We use if often, and implement it with each project! It's very easy to use and customer support is excellent! The only downside is truly bias! I wish the time tracking tool was in the lower tiered version! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Monday is very easy to use and can be adjusted to the needs of any company or person. In addition to having a wide range of tools, it is also visually appealing, which helps make it a very persuasive tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I don't like about Monday is that at the beginning it can be complicated to understand and despite having tutorials, it is not clear enough. In the part of creating a CRM, it is still a bit complex and a specialized CRM is still better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One thing my team really appreciates is how Monday.com allows us to breakdown bigger projects into smaller assignments, and subtasks. It’s nice to see each step laid out on a timeline—knowing what’s due and when helps us avoid last-minute stress. The calendar view for my workload is also super practical because it shows all my tasks for the week. This way, I know when things are piling up and can plan accordingly, or work with my team when I'm overloaded so we can meet deadline and manage client's expectations.
The automations are another solid feature. We’ve set up automations for recurring tasks, like weekly social posts, so they’re ready to go without us needing to create them everytime. It’s a small thing, but it saves time and keeps everything moving along. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Monday.com does have a few quirks. Sometimes tasks don’t show up in my workload unless I “favorite” the workspaces they were created in – which isn't very intuitive.
Also, it can be tough to keep up with all the new feature rollouts and figure out what will actually help us. It’s a little tricky to know if we’re getting the best out of the platform with all the updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Monday.com has been invaluable for keeping me organized with tasks and finances. It allows me to design custom workflows that perfectly suit my requirements, making daily management more efficient. The platform is user-friendly, requiring no technical skills. One of the standout features is the Advanced Reporting and the dynamic dashboard that updates automatically with any changes. Additionally, the 24/7 customer support and insightful live webinars have been essential in helping me maximize the tool’s benefits for my team’s needs! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The mobile experience falls a bit short, as the app doesn’t quite meet my expectations in terms of flexibility. I feel the task section could benefit from some improvements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
