I love using Hive because of the templates, which provide incredible flexibility. I can apply a template to a task and adjust it based on the timeframe, adding or removing tasks as needed. This feature simplifies managing timelines by allowing me to adjust or collapse proofing rounds and tie dependent tasks together smoothly. I'm a huge fan of this template tool and its ability to duplicate workflow seamlessly. Additionally, the proofing tool in Hive is excellent. I spend considerable time using it and find it beneficial that I can proof everything in one go. The ability to notify external reviewers efficiently in a single step is something I truly appreciate. Occasionally, there might be minor glitches, but largely, the tools work well within the consolidated environment. The initial setup of Hive was very easy, aided by a helpful account representative who provided insightful recommendations, which significantly improved our experience. I struggle with Hive when managing team members who leave or change roles because there's no efficient way to transition their tasks to others. This requires going through manually, task by task, which is highly inefficient. Having a master project owner feature would help manage and reassign tasks more seamlessly. Additionally, setting up an archive function when project is set up would be beneficial (like in 3 months of project completion this task would automatically archive itself.)
