We love that Hive has a user friendly interface. We went ahead with this tool out of all the project management tools as it was the easiest for our senior management to understand and work on. We are a small team and it has been a perfect fit. And Buzz, the AI chatbot has been the best one, it can create projects with a prompt inside of Hive. The customer support has been excellent despite the time zone differences. We also had an amazing onboarding consultant, Elle, who was incredibly persistent and made sure every one of us understood the tool thoroughly. It was easy to implement for a team of 10. It has many app integrations and we loved the slack integration as that's out main go to. Overall, one of the best project management tools out there especially because of Buzz. I like being able to utilize Hive in different ways and adjust the platform to match my visualization preferences. The color coding and assigning tasks to my team are very helpful, especially in the status window.
