The system is highly user-friendly. With very little exposure to monday.com, I was able to navigate everything on my own. The team there is always willing to help as well. There are so many functions that we can use boards for internal department projects, issue tracking, development requests, and so many other things. And when we do use the system to share with our external clients, they are always impressed with how things work & the visibility they have into a project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We are a pretty small firm, but our projects usually include many individuals, so I would like to allow those users to have a little more control without a cost associated. Similar to a Guest, where if invited to a board they can add notes but only on items they are assigned to. They wouldn't be able to add items to a board but be able to provide an update on their own. 432 Euros deducted without scruple, for an app not used and whose trial in the first year was far from being at this price obviously!
Result: 432E deducted, no response from customer service, except for an automatic email explaining how to cancel!
