The user-friendliness and the color coordination make organization fun! Integrations and automation are easy to figure out once you play with it for a bit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The setup was kind of an extended process. I have told other friends about Monday and they said that they were assigned a onboarding person. I had to build our ticketing system myself but on the postive, it helped me troubleshoot easier since I understood the build. Support to my knowledge is not really existent but as I said I troubleshoot for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Monday helps us manage our campaigns and projects effectively in our Marketing Team. It is a very easy tool to use. I like the automation features, they help us scale our projects and never miss any deadlines. We use the tool daily as part of our Marketing Operations. Implementing the tool was very easy and didn't require steep knowledge. The tool integrates with other applications such as SharePoint, HubSpot, etc. This helps us see the actual work that's done by any of our team members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The downsides is not being able to manage notifications from updates. I feel notifications are not necessary if one is actively working on Monday already. Unless a team member is not on the application, then they can receive notifications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I haven't found a work challenge that can't be solved by Monday. Let's start with how simple it makes project mangement and accountability. Beyond those things, it is my operational test kitchen. Whenever I am considering new automations or new workflows (and particularly reviewing new software), I try it out on Monday first. I can usually replicate the process in Monday to see if it's worth the investment and often, I find Monday does that job well enough to avoid any additional spend. There is really nothing I dislike, but I would suggest they find a way to gamify engagement. I only say that because adoption is always the only killer for team use. Monday is absolutely as useful as your teams actually use it. That said, if leaders create accountabilities around adoption, this issue goes away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its very versatile, there exist multiple ways to combine the diferent features of the software so you could guarantee that the overall operation of the system its compatible with your business operations. Its very intuitive to adjust and create different ways to see and manage the information in the boards.
The native integrations perhaps their limitantions, it help to expand the usability of the software with other systems.
In general i use monday everyday and work with implementation to another clients that are using monday and this experience have demonstrate me that there exist so much ways to work and operate with monday. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Customer support for some bugs more related with new features are not much accertive at it should be, their recomendations to solve the problem, like for example redo all the adjustment of the automations, colums or workflow doenst help to understand the problem and avoid to invest more effort to make something work. Monday Work Management is one of those products that just feels right as soon as you launch it. It looks beautiful and is really easy to get going. Monday removes that blocker of project members not wanting to update task statuses, add comms and generally keep everyone informed, as it's so easy and fun to use it's actually a pleasure to interact with the platform. As an enterprise customer, we find the level of customer support truely amazing. Whenever we have a question, or 'how can we do XYZ' our customer support manager is always on hand to connect us directly to someone who can help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The one downside for me is everyone in the organisation will want a monday license. As soon as users experience Monday, they can see a great use case to introduce the product into their team or work process. Don't get me wrong, it's great to see a workforce excited about a platform...just be preparred to see those use cases and ROI business cases land on your desk. What I like most is the flexibility of the platform, which allows us to customise our workflows. We use it in our day-to-day work and now call it our ‘project management operating system’. The visual representation and integration with other tools saves us a lot of time and significantly improves team collaboration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the many functions can be overwhelming and it takes a while to get used to all the options. Getting the team on board is a real challenge. A more intensive familiarisation phase on the Basic and Pro licences could be helpful for newcomers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Keeps every member of our team in the loop no matter if working from home or at the office. The automation and notifications make this the perfect system for us. We now use it daily and across multiple arms of our company. Every process and department now has its own Monday process. It's the perfect platform to use every day all day. Can not think of anything I dislike so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We started using Monday.com a year ago and it is now part of our everyday routine. Everything we do as a team is organized in Monday.com and we communicate with each other on a daily and even hourly basis on the platform. It has been a great tool to keep everyone on task. Customer Service at Monday.com has been great and they have been very helpful in implenmentation new automations into our boards. Can't work without Monday.com. The only downside would be if the app was a little bit more user friendly. We travel a lot and like to use Monday.com on our phones but the information is hard to get to sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
the automated notifications are a must. all of our deadlines have notifications and persistent notificatinos attached to them to make sure we dont miss a thing.
We used to rely on emails and texts to keep track of our tasks, but forcing ourselves to put all our tasks on here has proven to be a very effective way to keep track of everything and quickly view what tasks have priority Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
we would like to see some features like asset management. We have a lot of physucal assets, and people need to be able to sign them in and out Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Monday allows my team to work together seamlessly and have quick snapshots of where we are in progress of our projects. Additionally, it allows us to have different boards that go into more granular detail and then roll up into a dashboard for quick viewing. From grants to strategic planning Monday has streamlined our workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Monday has some financial management pieces that make it easy to see sums of groups on boards but we would love some ability to manage payments in and out for specific grants in more of a financial management piece. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
