It offers a range of multitools for any kind of teamwork and supports great productivity. Overall, it’s a great CRM for both starters and pros.

**What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform?**

Maybe it all depends on the quality of the leads. At first I thought that was a flaw, but it’s really up to you to upload and provide the leads. That said, it should have an option to control repeated calls.

**What problems is monday AI Work Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes it’s slow or the signal is poor on dial-ups, both when logging in and when making calls. The audio is sometimes bad too, although that might be on the customer’s end. It’s also not available on mobile, and it should include settings for repeated calls.

What stands out most about monday Work Management is how easy it is to organize tasks and see progress at a glance. The visual boards, automation features, and flexibility make teamwork smoother, reduce confusion, and help keep everyone aligned without overcomplicating everyday work.

**What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform?**

One downside is that it can feel overwhelming at first, especially with so many features and customization options. Pricing can also get expensive as teams grow. Sometimes automation and integrations need extra setup, and the interface, while powerful, can become cluttered when managing more complex workflows.

**What problems is monday AI Work Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

monday Work Management mainly solves problems around disorganized task tracking, unclear responsibilities, and poor visibility across projects. It replaces scattered spreadsheets, emails, and chats with a single structured platform where work is clearly assigned and progress is easy to follow.

For me, the biggest benefit is clarity. I can quickly see what needs attention, what’s in progress, and what’s completed without chasing updates. It also reduces miscommunication because everything is documented in one place. Automations save time on repetitive work like status updates or reminders, which helps focus more on actual tasks instead of admin overhead.

**What do you like best about monday AI Work Platform?**

It is a great tool. It allows to organize our tasks lists very easily, and even we have our client database as a board, with several saved views to organize different aspects of the client management we use. We had that previously in excel, but now, the team can interact and work in one app only, which is great. 
We also use the workdoc feature to build a wiki-style documents about procedures in our organization so everyone now knows how to do things, even if they haven't done it before. 
Last, but not least, the forms feature is great, provides a single entry point to clients to interact with us in a organized way. No more multiple email accounts, or files sent via whatsapp or so.. 
The automations are also great, it allow us to get requirements via forms, and create items in specialized boards to different teams to work on them its simply great.

It really has helped us, and makes us more efficient, it is really intuitive to use in the most used features, and there is a great documentation about how to do things in the web and wiki.

**What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform?**

We must say it. There is downsides too. 
Some useful things are categorized in a upper paid tier. We have paid the "basic" or first tier,... and we know we can't use extensively automations, for example. Besides, things like using smtp protocol to notify teams (or clients not using monday) are in marketplace... for a price. 
I understand the marketplace, and it is a great thing to boarden the app and improves customization, but there are things, like the stated before that seems "too basic" and are missing from the basic plan.

It helps puting all the relevant info in a single place, well organized and easily accessible to all. It is highly customizable to every need, and help us to track a lot of things that, growing over time, had become difficult to attend to.

I like the simple operation and clarity of monday Work Management, as well as its good customizability. I find the combination of overview and customizability particularly valuable, as I can create custom views for each task type, such as filtered by deadline or by employee, which makes assignment absolutely transparent. Since the interface is so intuitive, monday becomes the central anchor point for our communication. We discuss directly in the item, instead of scattering information across different channels.

**What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform?**

The flood of notifications can become somewhat confusing with many comments if the filters are not set extremely strictly. An improved cross-board view for comments would be valuable. It would be helpful to see all unread comments in which I was tagged, not just as a list, but directly in the context of a master deadline view, to better weigh priorities without having to switch between different boards.

I love the platform because I can create different boards and connect them. The ability to upload files and the great AI component are standout features for me. I also like that I can create tables to use every day or just for quick analysis. The components help me have a broader view across our employees and business, or allow me to drill down into specific client details. I find it valuable to pinpoint a client's location on a map and check their time zone, which is useful since we book a lot of travel. Additionally, uploading travel documents for flights or rental cars is a feature I really appreciate.

Monday.com is user friendly, easy to look at with the UX/UI, and connects projects for the team. As someone in nonprofit, the plan is affordable and we get a lot for what we pay for. Onboarding staff onto it is very simple, and the software has a lot of integration internally to make sure transparency is reached crossfunctionally.

There are always some downsides - some functions and automations could be clearer for our usage, but otherwise, smooth sailing!~

I like that monday Work Management is customizable for all my work tasks, such as reports, fieldwork, and data management. It helps in managing my time, telling me what I need to do and for how long, as well as showing who else is working on the same projects and their specific tasks. I also like that we use it to request vacation days, which helps us know who is on vacation and when.

It's a detail, but I wish that the sorting button would recognize numbers. For example, if my titles in a table are titled from 1 to 11, it will only sort based on the first digit, so that 11 will appear before 2. The sorting button should be able to recognize at least 3 digit numbers.

I really like how easy monday Work Management is to use. The basics of what it does are straightforward, which is great, but if I want to dive deeper, there's a fountain of things I can do with it. There's way more tools in there than even I or my boss currently use. The versatility it offers is fantastic. I also appreciate how quick and simple the initial setup was. As soon as I was hired, joining was just a matter of an email, and teaching someone the basics is equally straightforward. It accommodates both minimal and extensive information inputs, making it flexible and adaptable. The setup was fast, and I was happy with it right from day one. With my role, having a system that keeps everything accessible and allows personalized calendar setups is extremely helpful. Overall, it works really well for our small team by keeping us on track.

Monday seems like it can create forms, and I would like it to be very much like an all-in-one thing. Having something like that as part of Monday would make it so much better instead of having to find another tool and spend money on that. Integrating a feature where I can upload a work, get client feedback, and keep everything within Monday would be fantastic.

There's no undo button. If I accidentally delete something, like in a column, there's no way to undo that action, and it's lost forever. We tried some integrations, but honestly, they aren't that useful yet.

On top of that, the drag-and-drop scheduling feels far more intuitive than working in traditional spreadsheets.

I use monday Work Management for my role as Marketing Coordinator, and I think the biggest thing it does for me is that it keeps everything organized, especially with tracking and due dates. I'm new to the platform, so what I really appreciate is the ease of use and the intuitiveness of the software. The initial setup was very easy; I was added as a user by one of the administrators and within minutes I was using it.

I think it would be great if colors could be used more. So, for the navigation pane on the left, that makes sense for it to be a neutral color, but maybe the main pane that has the boards you're navigating could be a different color so that it 'pops' more.

I like that monday Work Management lets me see everything within one space, so I don't have to go to multiple platforms or dashboards. It's immensely helpful for keeping track of where everything is, the status of each item, and our overall budget, plus it's all managed in one place. It makes everything more efficient and quicker. I've heard that the setup is pretty intuitive.

The only thing I would say that could be improved is the bidirectional sharing of information. It would be great if when I put a contact in under the client board, it automatically shared with our master board and vice versa, so it didn't have to be updated in both places.

Monday has a lot more customizable options than Trello, and although I was hesitant at first, it is working 10x better for us now. Once we played around with all the different customizable options, we began using it and have kept adapting it since then by adding various tools that are available.

Monday Vibe is revolutionary. My team and I have been using Monday for over 5 years. From day one it has been our workflow and resource tool and more. It has continually developed. It doesn't fix up broken systems but it does overlay a well architected company/vendor ecosystem. And show you where things are stuck and helps you get teams and people back in their lane and back on track for success. The team at Monday have always been supportive in training and responsive when we pushed it to the limit. As easy as it is to implement, we still required careful stages of change management to move from traditional methods of delivering Advertising campaigns for our team, marketing clients and vendors but once on board Monday delivered amazing results. Easy to use, spreading responsibilities by reducing bottlenecks, QC, real time retainer and out of scope financial management, and file delivery was just the tip of some amazing things we could do. Monday was used every hour of every day for and by every person. And Monday's API/mapping made it easy to integrate with other SaaS apps for further production enhancements.

The setup was pretty easy, thanks to the available prompts and tutorials on monday.com, which made it easier for me to do it on my own. I also like that I can integrate Outlook into monday Work Management, allowing me to place emails in an organized manner. It cuts out a lot of manual work, which is amazing. Monday Work Management is a great resource when it comes to project management, especially for tracking insights and data, like the competitive intel we receive from our regions. It’s a great tool for tracking and assigning different tasks to people, keeping everything aligned in one area.

I think it still needs improvement when it comes to using AI to analyze months’ worth of data. If it could handle something along those lines more effectively, that would be amazing.

The automation features are a big plus too since they help reduce manual work and keep processes moving efficiently. The simplified visuals make it easy to track tasks, stay organized, and collaborate all in one place. I can quickly see task status, priorities, and deadlines at a glance. We wanted something simpler and more visual for managing workflows, and monday Work Management made it easier to track projects and collaborate without the complexity of Salesforce or HubSpot.

Some features feel a bit overwhelming at first and the pricing can get expensive as you scale. Some features are limited unless you upgrade to a higher pricing tier. Customizing workflows and automations took some trial and error at first.

Having tried other services, I like that I can work with colleagues and yet have my own planning space. It's also been great to allow us to create forms for colleagues to submit marketing requests. The latter helps cut down on information being lost - being able to rank priorities and plan our social has been really beneficial.

As a small non-profit, I would love to have the whole team on monday.com but our own finances make this difficult. As such, using it in our small marketing team to plan social means we struggle to share that with the wider team but that's an us issue, not for monday.com

Being able to track our social content and marketing requests. It's made our planning so much easier and also assists with future planning.

I find monday Work Management really easy to use, which is something I like a lot about it. The monthly KPI tools are particularly valuable for our organization as we use them to keep track of important metrics.

I would like to use the 'TAB' on my keyboard to go to the next cell. Having to click each one when inputting data can be time consuming. Easier copy/pasting as well, or being able to add data to multiple cells at once. Again, when entering budgets, if you have to enter the same amount in multiple rows/columns, this could be time consuming. It'd be nice to be able to paste in multiple cells at once.

It reduces the amount of friction and handoffs, enhancing our communication and visibility within the cross-functional teams that I manage.
