Monday.com has the capability to filter out the different columns and to also mass update Item names when selecting in bulk. Monday.com also provides a great view of all current projects given that it is reviewed and used by multiple users everyday. It is easy to navigate from one project to another. Monday.com lacks the ability to provide a summary of each individual's tasks for all projects in a quarter. Items need to be seperately viewed or updated. It is difficult to see all projects for one individual in a nice and compact format. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We used to have a mess of excel sheets and emails but now everything's in one place.
I personally appreciate how easy it is to track progress on projects, be able to see what everyone from my team is working on, and collaborate with comments in real-time.
It's definitely imporved a lot our team's productivity and made communication easier.

It can get a bit expensive, especially when we add more users and more features.
Before forming our team, we had to consider which plan was right for us and even then, some of the add-on features we wanted, pushed our budget a bit.

I really like the monday work management interface because I use it on a daily basis to manage technical teams and also share important information from the daily agenda. Monday.com has been a game-changer for our creative team, making collaboration and feedback effortless. What I like best is how intuitive it is for different teams to share feedback and collaborate on projects in one place. The subtask cards are particularly useful, as they allow team members to leave comments and track progress with ease. I use Monday.com every day to attach my copy documents, which my creative senior accesses to provide feedback. It’s seamlessly linked to our Slack channel, so I’m instantly notified of any messages or tags. For a creative team like ours, the ability to attach high-res PDF files directly to task cards is a lifesaver—no need to download files just to view them. The only thing I dislike about Monday is that users can’t bold or italicize text in the comment box. There are times when I need to emphasize certain text in my comments, but I'm unable to do so. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would like to see more automations out of the box, and not have to fidget with how to make things work - like the templates could be more user friendly and have explainers but other than that, its fantastic! The implementation was very easy to do and is managed by our own marketing team. Any time we've had an issue, customer support has been on top of things. The system is intuitive and easy to use and operate.
Its visual features are very easy to use, and anyone with a little technological experience can build the boards they need. Also, because of the system's convenient display, it is easy to Implement it in the organization.
It's also fun to see all the colors and displays that Monday offers.
Monday offers a wide variety of boards and templates, which allows anyone in almost any field to build their own boards based on existing boards while saving time and resources.
I haven't had the chance to contact customer support, but they have a support Facebook group, and I see that their team is very active and even implements rejects in a short time.

The system does not have an interface in Hebrew at this stage. It can be very useful in Israel.
At the same time, the filter capabilities of the widget views are not yet developed enough to produce an easy data filter. I recommend considering making this process a little easier.

I honestly couldn't imagine running a business without Monday. Prior to using it, my team was drowning in spreadsheets, meetings on top of meetings, and endless emails to keep everyone on the same page. Now, everything is centralized and streamlined. Everyone knows exactly what they're responsible for, we have the ability to tailor views to fit workflows, and the built in communication tools drastically reduced our reliance on email. We were looking for a project management tool that would make our daily routine easier. Starting with the creation of a few boards, we quickly moved on to integrating up-to-date tools such as email and drive folders. We are still struggling to find a balance between increasing the workspace and ease of use. But customer support is really helping us design our own work ecosystem. I think the biggest difficulty is forcing the tool to work as a bunch of static Excel files that do not correlate with each other. What I like best about monday Work Management is how incredibly user-friendly it is, even for individuals with little to no prior experience in project management tools. The platform’s gamification elements make daily tasks more engaging and fun, keeping the team motivated. While I find the guest access features essential, there’s room for improvement in providing more granular restriction options and making everything even more customizable to fit specific needs.
