Monday Work Management's easy implementation, customer support, and flexible automations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We must be willing to start over and avoid trapping ourselves with our own shortsighted designs and implementations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is realty intuitiv. So you don't need so much time to know how to use the software and I see all my Todo's really fast and sorted by categories and priority. I click on one button to see only my work or the work of my team.
I want to add that they always continues to develop and getting better. That helps a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If I have the overview of my work and add a new task, than the task goes away really fast and I always have to click on "Get it back". Would be nice that this new task is automatically my task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. I have extensively used Monday for my day to day job as a project manager as well as helped several brands and business adopt to Monday or migrate to Monday.com from their existing softwares. When I say different brands and different businesses they typically range from online retail stores, ecommerce shops, dropshipping businesses, elearning businesses and many more.
2. I truly recommend using Monday to small to medium scale enterprises because of its ease of use in different ways such as maintaining a kanban board for daily activities in the business or be it managing huge chunk of data from different places and accomodate them in daily workflows.
3. I do like its integration capabilities as well, besides offering tons of no-code integration with platforms like CognitoForms, Gmail, Slack, and Twilio etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. Their customer support is not super great but helpful eventually after a decent waiting time which I think should be improved in certain areas.
2.Users should be able to see all notes linked to a task without needing to open each one individually, but Monday.com currently lacks this capability, which can impact workflow efficiency. For instance, a project manager noted that the need to open each task to access notes caused missed details and slowed productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It helps our nursery with efficiency in contacting and organizing new clients, while also allowing us to keep a constant flow of contact during the design, consult and installation phases. These are essential to keep and maintain, as we are expanding and growing. Plus the designers and coordinators have everything they need once we access the information established for our clients.
We recently implemented Monday and it has completely changed the way our company is managed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside is that we didn't implement using Monday years ago. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Monday.com's visual interface is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy for even non-technical team members to pick up and use quickly. Its appealing and unique when compared to its competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Monday.com's paid plans are expensive for startups, especially compared to competitors who offer more generous discounts or freemium options. This lack of affordability feels like a missed opportunity for them to support the startup communit. Monday being a startup doesn't seem to extend helping other startups in the ecosystem especially when most such companies have special promos and highly discounted programs for Startups. Sad that Monday doesn't seem to him so and their sole purpose is just to make money which is okay since they are a business entity. Hope they lunch some special promos for Startups Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Monday.com has the capability to filter out the different columns and to also mass update Item names when selecting in bulk. Monday.com also provides a great view of all current projects given that it is reviewed and used by multiple users everyday. It is easy to navigate from one project to another. Monday.com lacks the ability to provide a summary of each individual's tasks for all projects in a quarter. Items need to be seperately viewed or updated. It is difficult to see all projects for one individual in a nice and compact format. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We used to have a mess of excel sheets and emails but now everything's in one place.
I personally appreciate how easy it is to track progress on projects, be able to see what everyone from my team is working on, and collaborate with comments in real-time.
It's definitely imporved a lot our team's productivity and made communication easier.
Also, the dashboards make it simple to report on key metrics and are easy to understand visually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It can get a bit expensive, especially when we add more users and more features.
Before forming our team, we had to consider which plan was right for us and even then, some of the add-on features we wanted, pushed our budget a bit.
Also, the flexibility can sometimes be overwhelming. It took our team a while to really get it set up and even now, I occasionally stumble across new features I didn't know existed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really like the monday work management interface because I use it on a daily basis to manage technical teams and also share important information from the daily agenda. I like the ease of dealing with the system and the number of elements that we can configure make it a very useful tool in a company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've been using it for over a year and no item didn't please me, since I started the free trial it's always been the way I wanted it and I managed to configure it in the best way. So overall there wouldn't be anything I didn't like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Monday.com has been a game-changer for our creative team, making collaboration and feedback effortless. What I like best is how intuitive it is for different teams to share feedback and collaborate on projects in one place. The subtask cards are particularly useful, as they allow team members to leave comments and track progress with ease. I use Monday.com every day to attach my copy documents, which my creative senior accesses to provide feedback. It’s seamlessly linked to our Slack channel, so I’m instantly notified of any messages or tags. For a creative team like ours, the ability to attach high-res PDF files directly to task cards is a lifesaver—no need to download files just to view them. It’s a streamlined, efficient platform that keeps everyone on the same page! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I dislike about Monday is that users can’t bold or italicize text in the comment box. There are times when I need to emphasize certain text in my comments, but I'm unable to do so. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is extremely helpful to be able to have all of our jobs organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like to see more automations out of the box, and not have to fidget with how to make things work - like the templates could be more user friendly and have explainers but other than that, its fantastic! The implementation was very easy to do and is managed by our own marketing team. Any time we've had an issue, customer support has been on top of things. We use Monday every day.Its integrated very easily into our daily work life. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
