What do you like best about Maestra?

We recently switched over from another email marketing platform, and I was impressed with how smooth the transition was. The integration process was quick, and we were able to get everything set up without any issues. One of the best things about this platform is how easy it is to segment customers and target specific groups. It offers a wide range of tools that make creating personalized campaigns incredibly simple.

The design of the platform is also great—clean, intuitive, and very user-friendly. Setting up emails and creating automated flows is straightforward, even for non-technical users.

All data and flows in one place. We have a single tool that allows us to collect and analyze data, as well as configure omnichannel communications 👌 This allows us to provide detailed information about the paid subscription in email flows and then follow up with a discount offer in a mobile push.

Audience segmentation. For instance, coaches and players require different communications — thanks to Maestra, we can segment our audience based on their roles and send them tailored communications 👍

User-friendly interface and visual communication flow editor. The intuitive editor allows those with no IT experience to build marketing flows effortlessly. Even complex flows are easy to understand and modify.

We’re really pleased with the customer service — we’re always given prompt and helpful answers to all our questions. The team is great to work with.

Our goal was to build a system that would allow us to engage with users on an ongoing basis and communicate with them at every stage of their journey — this is exactly what Maestra helps us achieve. So far, we have launched 21 automated communication flows in total (with more to come).

Boosting customer retention was another one of our key goals. The team created a detailed customer communication roadmap with over two dozen automated campaigns, all working to increase retention metrics — e.g., campaigns that automatically remind customers to complete their order.

What do you like best about Maestra?

From a designer's point of view, it does have a great UX structure and prioritization. Most of my work is related to creating email campaigns. It didn't take much time to get to know this section, and I might say that with the help of Maestra experts, I discovered all its options in a few days. It does have lot of features to sectionize and importing placing elements. Listing and segmentation, analytical tools and reports are also great!

I have worked with 2 other email marketing software before and I must say that the flows section of this platform is one of the easiest to integration.

In terms of customer support, I must say they are fantastic. In my opinion, they are the best in my working life. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
