The newsletter composer is a great tool that gives just enough latitude in its layout and design options while ensuring that (for the most part) emails will display as intended across nearly all email clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI of the site can be buggy, sometimes resulting in the loss of work. The product recommendation builder is particularly rough around the edges and prevents me from wanting to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Listrak is how hands-on and easily reachable all the account reps and support staff are. If you ever have a question or issue, you get a quick response and get any issues resolved very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing that jumps out at me about anything negative about Listrak. After thinking about it for awhile, the one negative is that the user interface changed without notice (or maybe I just missed the notification) and it threw me for a loop! But that's not a negative on that company by any means... that's the biggest "flaw" I could think of which shows how awesome they are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
