I like that Listrak is built specifically for revenue-focused e-commerce teams, not just general marketers. It ties every campaign to customer behavior and sales, making our team more effective. I really appreciate how intuitive the journey builder is, allowing us to create multi-step, cross-channel flows (email + SMS + push) without needing a developer. Features like cart abandonment, browse recovery, win-back, and post-purchase sequences are easy to visualize, edit, and optimize. It's powerful yet not overly technical, so we can iterate quickly without waiting on IT. Listrak helps us segment audiences based on behavior, purchase history, and engagement, and its product recommendation features have increased our average order value.

The reporting and analytics interface can feel a bit dated and rigid. Drilling into custom segments or combining cross-channel email+SMS performance in one unified view takes extra steps. I like how Listrak is deeply built for e-commerce, especially for B2B and wholesale workflows. It doesn't just do generic email marketing; it solves real problems we face daily with our OroCommerce store. The automation for abandoned cart, browse recovery, and post-purchase journeys is incredibly reliable and effective right out of the box. It has saved us so much manual work and recovered a lot of sales that would have otherwise been lost. I also really appreciate how well it segments B2B buyers based on order behavior, spending tiers, and product preferences—so we can send truly relevant messages instead of generic blasts.

Reporting is solid for basic email and SMS performance, but custom B2B-focused analytics—like tracking ROI by customer group or wholesale channel—could be more flexible and easier to export. **What do you like best about Listrak?**

I like that Listrak's platform is fast, making creating emails or reviewing analytics a breeze. The user interface is clean, organized, and user-friendly, so I don't have to search through many pages to get where I need to go. Its design is efficient and helps me do my job faster. Their team is wonderful, knowledgeable, and always very helpful. The platform is also easy to use and has a great UI. Additionally, when adding additional worklists, it's pretty simple and self-explanatory.

**What do you dislike about Listrak?**

Better integrations with mobile app. We use it solely for email and as it's not a mobile app first platform we still need to upload our audience segments rather than being able to build them within Listrak. Listrak does have great filters for audience segmentation but it's mostly email related, which is great but also limiting.

**What problems is Listrak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Listrak for creating marketing campaigns, tracking analytics, and audience segmentation. The platform is fast and has a clean, organized UI, which makes my work more efficient. It's easy to use, helping me create emails and review analytics quickly.

I like the great account management support and that Listrak is a good partner to have. I also appreciate the straightforward use of the software as it allows me to focus on my role's responsibilities as a marketer.

Listrak feels complex and at times confusing, particularly in using lists versus segments. The user interface isn't very intuitive, which means I often have to rely on the Account Manager for support, even though it's supposed to be a self-service tool. It also requires quite a bit of technical knowledge to perform certain actions and processes. The WYSIWYG interface can be limiting at times.

I like the reporting on Listrak. The visuals are nice, and the reports connect to Shopify well.

I think the interface is bulky and not user friendly. Logic building in segmentation can get very confusing very quickly. I would like a drag and drop editor like more modern tools (Klaviyo, Braze). Reporting is good but not flexible as I would like it to be. Their native integrations are antiquated. Its clunky - since it's list based, it's pretty limiting on what you can add and use.

**What do you like best about Listrak?**

They have experts that help with everything, from the initial onboarding through maintenance and growing your lists or holiday planning. The platform is easy to navigate and use. The implementation was super easy thanks to their team. Integrating them to our sites was super easy for our development team.  They have 24-hour support, so the US, CA and EU team can always reach out if they need help. We typically send 1-2 emails a week, and 1 SMS.

**What do you dislike about Listrak?**

I really don't have anything to say here, there are some features that I suggest (rarely) and usually they are already in the process of developing them on their roadmap which they actively share with clients.

**What problems is Listrak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have been super helpful with suggestions on how to make the most of our investment in their platform. They offer suggestions and do AB Testing that helps us know we are going in the correct direction. They help us with our automated messages and make sure we are compliant with state and federal laws.

I use Listrak to run cross-channel campaigns, mainly email campaigns. What I like most is the use of AI features that offer user-based behavior insights, which helps in serving user recommendations based on their past purchase history. The initial setup was seamless, allowing me to get started without much issue.

**What do you dislike about Listrak?**

I find the interface of Listrak complex. For instance, while generating reports, I need to select multiple options to get the specific report. The user interface also seems old and still requires a lot of manual effort.

I use Listrak to bridge disconnected cross-channel attributions and resolve campaign continuity issues. Its AI features provide user-based recommendations from past purchase history.

**What do you like best about Listrak?**

We really like the ease of use within Listrak. We switched to Listrak a few years ago due to the sunset of Bronto and chose Listrak for a variety of reasons including their dedicated account management that made the transition seemless for us, the dashboarding and the ability to have all of our brands umbrellaed under one account. We use both the email marketing capabilities as well as SMS capabilities on two of our brands. The email builders are super easy to use and list segmenation and creation is also easy within the platform. We love our dedicated account manager that we meet with monthly--she has set up a tracker for us to easily check things off and optimize our campaigns on a regular basis.

**What do you dislike about Listrak?**

We have one custom built site that is integrated into Listrak via API calls. Listrak updates their SSL certs once every quarter and whenever that happens our checkout page breaks on our website which we usually find out about from a customer. It would be nice to know ahead of time about the ssl cert updates but we dont' have any visibility into that.

**What problems is Listrak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We heavily rely on Listrak as our primary source of revenue when we have budget and ad spend cuts so without Listrak, we wouldn't be driving much traffic to the sites during those times.

Listrak has provided the best reporting that we've ever had for email/sms marketing platforms. I can't say enough good things about our Account Manager, as he has been so helpful with every single thing that we've needed help with, makes suggestions  (and does the setup) to make improvements, and truly cares about the performance of our programs.

**What do you dislike about Listrak?**

We did not have a great experience with GXP, it was hard to determine the true value that GXP brought.  I think we would have had a better experience had we been on Listrak for a longer period of time before hopping right into GXP.

**What problems is Listrak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Listrak we didn't do much for behavioral/triggered marketing email marketing, and we now drive a lot of sales through through these emails.  Our previous platform had horrible reporting and now we have all the reporting that we need.

I love how easy it is to build an email in composer and how easy it is to add new API fields to support our efforts. I like that they make enhancements to the system to improve the capabilities and usability. I love how helpful their support team is and how easy it is to reach them.

SMS is a newer feature so reporting and cross-channel integration is limited. Emailing multiple segments similar messages can be clunky at times and I'd love to see more AI innovation within the platform.

The customer service, whether it is my account rep or I need to call support about an urgent issue. They are always there to help.  I have never had a bad experience with either. Support is absolutely the best.

There are some limits within the platform, but they are actively listening and working on these problems.

It allows us to market to our customer how THEY want, and that's the goal. Listrak is built for people who love marketing and want to really speak to their customers. Versus platform that just have "use this" features. Every business is different and if you are looking to build your business Listrak is made to grow.

Listrak is a powerful platform when it comes to leveraging customer data for ecommerce. The ability to build behavioral and transactional triggers has been the most effective part of our email marketing strategy. Our triggered emails consistently perform well, and the segmentation capabilities allow us to speak more directly to our customers based on their purchase history and onsite behavior.

**What do you dislike about Listrak?**

While the platform is sophisticated, the user experience can be frustrating. The interface feels dated and unintuitive, making simple tasks more cumbersome than they should be. We’ve encountered various usability quirks and workflow limitations that make execution slower than it needs to be. Support is helpful, but the time it takes to troubleshoot or implement changes can impact momentum. Reporting, too, could be more customizable and user-friendly.

Listrak helps us better understand and, in turn, better communicate with our customers. Listrak's automation, data, predictive analytics and machine learning take the heavy lifting off a marketer. The whole team is so helpful and responsive! When we decided to make the transition, that was my biggest requirement. The transition was the smoothest and easiest I've ever experienced, and all achieved on a remarkably short timeline.

The platform is truly user-friendly and has robust features, particularly if you work in the eCommerce space. I was able to get into it and start working pre-training, but Listrak also offers one-on-one training so you're familiarized with some of the more advanced tools.

I've been doing CRM for well over a decade, and I've been in lots of systems. None of them are perfect, but Listrak is my favorite so far so I can't say there's anything I "dislike."

Our team would be lost without the Listrak tools and our account manager. We have a very small team that accomplishes a lot! We give all the credit to how we are able to use the features available to us to market to our customers mutiple times a day. We have so many more ideas we want to implement, and the Listrak team has been instrumental in helping us exceed our goals. We meet regularly and our account manager will help identify areas to utilize their tools better and then walk us thru how to implement the changes.  Our revenue continues to grow while our team has stayed the same size for years.

There was a learning curve at the beginning, because the interface is differnt than many of the other services I have used in the past. The Listrak team and Account Manager were very helpful and I much prefer this one now. They are even very transparent about known limitations yet knowledgeable enough to help with workarounds so that we would still accomplish what we wanted. They then worked with the development team to get some of our needs met in future upgrades.

**What do you like best about Listrak?**

I like the ability to set up clear, concise, and great looking automated email and SMS journeys. This has been a huge help for properly onboarding new subscribers and minimizing potential revenue loss with cart abandonment emails, win back campaigns,  back in stock notifications, and many other revenue catching tools. 

Implementing these tools can be daunting at first, but Listrak remedies this by providing an account rep who is always ready to help. Our weekly Zoom meetings with our rep have eased any growing pains we might have had. 

Having instant access to analytics is critical to tracking the success of each campaign. The A/B comparison feature has helped us to create email and SMS campaigns that maximize effectiveness.

This brings me to arguably my favorite aspect of working with Listrak, and that is having our account rep, Curtis. Working with Curtis for the last few years has been a joy. Curtis helped to make the integration a breeze and helped our marketing department learn how to navigate the ins and outs of what Listrak has to offer. Because of this, we can use Listrak for email and SMS daily and without stress or frustration.

**What do you dislike about Listrak?**

My primary dislike about Listrak is the initial shock of complexity at first. It can be overwhelming to navigate the builders on your own at first.  Listrak offers so many options for the customization of journeys, campaigns, segmentation, and much more, which are absolutely useful and amazing but require a heavy dependence on our account rep until one can fully grasp the capabilities. Now, keep in mind that what I disliked initially is not necessarily a deal breaker. Listrak recognizes that their program has a lot to offer and can feel a bit overwhelming. This is why they provide you with an account manager who will be with you to ensure you use every option that fits your company. Without our account manager, the initial use of Listrak would have been a real challenge. A dislike remedied by superb customer service.

Listrak solves many problems. One of the main problems solved is capturing potential revenue with the automated journey. Such as cart abandonment, customer win back, back in stock notifications, limited stock notifications, and many more. These automated journeys have added exponential amounts of revenue that we would have lost out on.

Additionally, the automated journeys and emails have taken a huge burden off of our marketing team, giving them more time to tackle other tasks and increase their productivity.

Standing out. Listrak's customization has allowed us to stand out, create our own voice, and strengthen our brand in the eyes of our customers and subscribers with catchy and well designed emails.

We migrated to Listrak a few years ago and the user experience has been incredible. Unlike past software I've used, Listrak is built for a marketer without the need for excessive developer support. I'm able to implement updates and optimizations easily and Listrak support is always helpful if I have questions as I go. We've grown our email program substantially through the alerts suite and enhancements to our broadcast emails. Our account rep is very supportive and feels like a true marketing partner. We meet regularly and they often bring suggestions for new strategies to implement, ideas for enhancements, and are a good second set of eyes on how our email program is performing and where there may be issues and opportunities.

I have no complaints at this time, everything has been great.

I was new to this position about 5 months ago. I am primarily a designer, and have very limited experience with non-designer programs, software, etc. In addition to analytics as a whole. The team at Listrak is always there to answer any questions I have whether it's their Help Center, their chat, or our account manager responding promptly to emails. Coming into this position felt a little daunting - because like I said, I am first and foremost a designer. Listrak made me feel not only comfortable but also confident through their educational courses and their support team so again, is always prompt to answer any questions or to address any issues I might be having. 

As a whole, each and every employee I speak with is very polite, and understanding and always very forthcoming with assistance. And their platform is very easy to use and understand, once you get the hang of it. Again shout out to the education courses they offer! The composer and it's features make designing emails a breeze. The audiences make them easy to schedule. I can also view data and reports with ease as opposed to creating an excel sheet with rows and columns and numbers and data - which I promise you is every designer's worst nightmare. 

I would recommend Listrak to each and every company who is looking for an efficient and easy to use email program.

**What do you dislike about Listrak?**

If I had any negative impact to give, it's the overall speed. For instance, when I try to view "Message History" it can take several minutes for that one page to load.

And I would like to see some improvements with the Media Library:

1) I would like the ability to remove files more efficiently, as opposed to selecting them one by one. You can select a group of them as long as they are all together in a sequential file name. But, for instance, you can't sort by old files and delete old files. You can't sort by: "Newest" or "Oldest" and simply select the older files and remove them. So cleaning up the files is a multi-day task just to get some storage back on the drive. I would like to see something more efficient happen there.

2) Uploading files into the media library seems to happen at a slow rate. It can take 30 seconds or even up to a minute it seems for a photo to be uploaded and then appear inside a folder. If that can be sped up to be more efficient then that would be ideal.

I love composer so much that it's almost ruined me for anything else. So when I see an email that uses complete code, it TERRIFIES me. For instance our E-Gift Card Email. It's entirely in HTML code, which I know next to nothing about. Meaning that if I did want to design that page and make it more attractive, I would have to collaborate with someone else in that process. Which is fine. But I do wish that for emails like that, I do wish that you could still build them in composer, and then have the option of having a section of HTML code (for the fill in box, or whatever), instead of having to write the entire email itself in code. I think it would just make it easier and more versatile for non-coders in the future to be able to design emails like that.

If I were to have any issues, like say I don't know how to do something, or if something isn't working as intended to, I can get on Listrak's support chat and an employee is there promptly to help me resolve any issues I may have.

The UX is lagging a bit. I have used other ESPs that are more intuitive with finding or looking up information. I also find building an email clunky, like having to put the campaign name in 3 different spots. If you forget to choose a segment it defaults to your entire list.

The onboarding team made the transition from our previous ESP seamless. Their technical team integrated 4 separate brands with Shopify+ and built templates and journeys to get us up and running quickly. In some cases we provided detailed XD files and in other instances just screenshots for their team to replicate.

Listrak handled porting our customer data, including custom properties, with the data export I provided. I shared our subscriber data and Listrak provided all the unique segments for the IP Warm-up process.

As a new user, I don't always know what I didn't know (as expected), but every time I had a question, I got an almost instant reply and explanation. It is reassuring to know that they are watching and can catch (my) mistakes before I do. The level of attention is what I've noticed and appreciated most about the Listrak onboarding process.

I haven't had a chance to take advantage of the dynamic content blocks yet, but I have found the product recommendations and Shopify product blocks to be both robust and customizable.

My favorite feature of Listrak, and a significant advantage over our previous ESP, is the Saved Content blocks. I love having multiple elements in Saved Blocks (image, text, CTAs) that I can update across all messages as a single block or separate blocks (e.g., header/footer).

**What do you dislike about Listrak?**

Every platform has its pros/cons and Listrak is no different.  I have appreciated the UX of the Journey hub for building workflows, but would love to have more pre-built journeys that I could replicate on my own (e.g., a birthday anniversary).  The latter had to be built in their legacy automation system (called Conductor) which isn't nearly as user-friendly. Thankfully, our Listrak contact built it out for me!

I am still learning the content folder structure and wish I had spent more time thinking how my file naming convention (and sub-folders) would impact future messsages. If you change a file name or location, file references will break as they cannot find the specific file. With 1000s of images and saved content blocks already, I have created a mess of files in a few short months. It is difficult to search and view existing content files without a good folder structure.

My biggest complaint about the Composer message editor is the inability to switch to an HTML-view within the editor. You can build an entire email in HTML, but I would like to see what the existing HTML looks like to double-check my formatting. It is annoying IMO to check font size, font family, and event hyperlinks in the WYSIWYG editor. You have to highlight the relevant content and then click on the different elements to see how it is assigned.

Our account manager is incredible responsive and thorough. When we have a technical question or problem, she will solve it or answer my question immediately with a quick reply. Every week, she helps us to explore new features (e.g. dynamic content) and opportunities within the platform (e.g., product recommendations) to improve our email marketing. I feel like we have a strategic partner and not just someone assigned to our account.

I use it all the time for newsletters, marketing new products, cart abandonment, product page, etc. Our Listrak representative also helps us with anything we need, and makes everything easy to understand and implement.

Listrak has many great features such as: 
• being able to set up very targeted delivery through profiles and audiences
• setting up automated workflows in which emails are triggered to deploy when a client's customer performs a specified actions, such as browsing a page or adding and item to their cart, 
• Platform that offers easy way to set up and design Email blasts. 

However, I think the best part about Listrak is its robust reporting that can be checked through dashboards and various exported reports. Not to mention the absolutely throrough attentive support Listrak provides every month.

Listrak works for all different type of businesses such as a client that would use emails frequently to the client that wouold only want to send a few emails a month and is very easy to use.

It was very easy to implement Listrak into the other marketing tactics. They provide quite a few training tools as well as offer on call support.

Finally they worked well with IT in getting it set up in a timely fashion

We would strongly recommend Listrak to any company in need of an email marketing platform.

We have had several service providers in the past that were not supportive. I have personally never worked on an ESP, or general marketing platform, that had better customer service or technical support. Their help chat module within the platform has been an easy go-to feature to use whenever I am pulling reports, scheduling emails, or building an automated campaign and I have a question or an issue that needs a quick solution. Every technical ticket that my team has submitted through our account manager has been addressed with a fully competent and prepared team who understands the issue and are looking to find the best solution. No platform or tool is perfect, and there are inevitable road-blocks that arise when working on new campaigns or looking to improve and optimize engagement. What sets Listrak apart for me is the accessibility to their team, whether it's solution experts or the very people working on the backend, optimizing their platform. My team is currently in the midst of a website re-platforming, and a huge integration like that is very daunting both on our end, and with all of the vendors we are partnered with; Listrak has by far been very prepared and ready to uphold their end of the integration, which is a huge weight off of my shoulders so far.

**What do you dislike about Listrak?**

I think there are a few tools across the platform, such as: reporting, contact profiles, a fully integrated analytics dashboard for email, sms and automated campaigns, and the cross channel journey tools that can be more sophisticated or accessible. I struggle with the Lists feature in the platform when trying to pull reporting across the entire platform and all my contacts. Unfortunately, their reporting and data is very centered and enclosed within singular "Lists". I understand to a certain extent why this is built this way, but it would be nice to be able to have separate lists as well as the option for combined reporting for an easy and full view of complete platform performance. Also, having been on the platform for almost three years now, I still have trouble with navigation, some things are not always where'd you expect to find them, and navigating isn't always the most intuitive. I think there is always room for more advanced optimization of Listrak's features and solutions, but everything that would be expected from a good marketing ESP is available and ready-to-use. Ultimately there is always an entire support team ready to help you accomplish whatever your goal is.

**What problems is Listrak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been working with Listrak for some time now in optimizing our personalization and email recommendations solution as well as our alerts suite. It's definitely a benefit to have the Listrak team working on this since a lot of the issues we've been facing involve other vendors, or how our feeds have been set up - these issues are technically out of Listrak's control but they have been doing their best to work around any shortcomings we've faced and utlimately with an upcoming integration and replatforming we should be ready to execute on these tasks.

**What do you like best about Listrak?**

Use of multiple lists, backend solutions for creating custom events and fields. Versatility is a must for us with having both a DTC and B2B company!

**What do you dislike about Listrak?**

I think Listrak can be a little slower to adopt new technologies / user experience on web isn't the best.

**What problems is Listrak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Listrak helps us know our audience better. Added features like predictave analytics helps us understand our customer and target them with ease. Being able to target based on behavior is huge for us.

**What do you like best about Listrak?**

As an email marketing manager, I love how easy it is to build emails in composer and also look at main KPIs in the message history/performance summary with ease. I also really love how we have an account manager who helps identify areas of oppportunity for the program. Meg Kunkle has gone above and beyond to help our program reach greater heights. She's hardworking, empathetic, passionate and funny! She's one of the best account managers I've ever had the pleasure of working with.As someone who works as an email marketing manager, I find it really convenient to use Composer to create emails, and then review the main KPIs in the message history / performance summary. Additionally, having an account manager who can help identify opportunities for program improvement has been incredibly helpful. Specifically, Meg Kunkle has gone above and beyond to help our program achieve greater success. She is a hardworking, empathetic, passionate, and funny individual. In fact, I would say that she is one of the best account managers I have ever worked with.

**What do you dislike about Listrak?**

I don't like how I can't have two tabs open at the same time to easily reference things. I would like to work quicker in the platform as I manage email campaigns for US and CA but that option is not available right now.

**What problems is Listrak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Listrak is helping us communicate with our customers at the right time with the right messaging. It's a powerful automation CRM that can stand toe to toe with its competitors. Email marketing is the top channel for Worx, as it brings in the most web traffic and revenue.

**What do you like best about Listrak?**

I like that we have a dedicated account manager. We meet with her as often as we like (we chose 1x per month) and she has been a great resource for us. I also like the chat feature for the support team.

**What do you dislike about Listrak?**

Listrak is a bit difficult to understand. The help articles aren't always the easiest. There is a knowledge barrier between what Listrak could be doing for our business and the work required on our end to accomplish it.

**What problems is Listrak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Listrak allows us to send email Newsletters to our email subscribers. Our account manager helps us review areas of weakness in our campaigns so we can make improvements
