What do you like best about Listrak?

The tool has helped grow our email and SMS programs across our brands. I love how there is an endless opportunity with Listrak! We have a true thought leader as our account manager who helps with strategy and our execution. Allie always goes above and beyond! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Listrak?

It is hard and confusing to find where to update our trigger emails. Once it's located, it's easy to use and edit; however, it could be much easier (journey hub, saved messages, solutions, sms, emails, etc). I have also shared that competitors of Listrak include many services, email journies, and CPMs within their all-inclusive or adjustable monthly contracts. Listrak charges extra for many initiatives outside our contract and additional CPM charges if we exceed our allotted amount. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Listrak solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using Listrak to email our customers about promotions. We find customers who have shown interest in our site and bring them back by using the GXP program. We've had wonderful success with all of these initiatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Listrak?

The flexibility to integrate content and products as part of recomendations to our customers is really amazing. The segmenting tools are easy to managing and the reporting is easy to access, understand and share with team members.

The email flows and other automations are good, but in my mind those are necessary to even have a platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Listrak?

I don't like the structure of their contracts and the negotiation process. Modern software should have clear and easy to understand pricing available without request and no long term commitments. For enterprise clients to transition on and off a platform is far too difficult for us to be jumping ship at every moment, so I shouldn't have to commit more than a year at a time when our needs can dramatically change in any given year. I would also like to see contracting where we can pay based on usage with a given CPM vs pre-buying a bucket for the year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Listrak solving and how is that benefiting you?

The big problem Listrak solves for us is flexibility in segmenting, and integrating our content into automated emails. We are a content first organization and we want to make sure we are educating our customers at every point of the journey and being able to have integrated content as part of the automations that are tied to a given users preferences or actions is awesome. What do you like best about Listrak?

Working with Listrak is like hiring a larger marketing team right in your office. Not only is the team extremely capable and knowledgeable, but they are also an absolute pleasure to work with. What do you dislike about Listrak?

We're over a year into our relationship and have not found one thing that is difficult by way of their platform, reporting or team. At this point in our business relationship, I'd be shocked to find something we dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Email deliverability and limited email revenue were big issues for us. Not only that, but we've also reached new heights in terms of list growth and engagement, all bolstering sales. We're excited to embark on new SMS journeys with them this year, recognizing they always know a little something we don't and are experts at finding more revenue right when you need it! Honestly the only downside is that more companies don't use them. I see so many job postings with Salesfore Cloud and I'm like why??? Everything is so easy with Listrak. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Listrak allows for all our email/sms data to be in 1 reporting platform - which is very beneficial. They also helped me generate an extra $400k LY by implementing a reorder email - on a free item. What do you like best about Listrak?

Listrak's interface makes it so easy to pull off complex messaging strategies even if you have very little background in e-mail marketing. The customer service team is also incredibly helpful and hands on where you need them to be, so pretty much anything is possible! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Listrak?

It's SMS platform still needs work. It would be amazing if some day we could have a wholistic view of the customer journey across both MMS and SMS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Listrak?

Listrak has state-of-the-art options that we had a hard time finding elsewhere. On top of that, our account rep is top notch. I’ve been asked twice to speak to potential customers t provide my experience (no referral fee for this). What do you like best about Listrak?
