What do you like best about Listrak?

I like how easy the composer, drag and drop, feature is. I also like the live chat so i am able to ask short questions and get immediate answers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Listrak?

The item I dislake the most about Listrak is the long turn-around when tasks are escalated to support when our AM can't move foreward. We are also on pacific time, so unfortunately, at 3pm we are unable to connect listrak. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Listrak?

Hands down, the best thing about Listrak is the customer experience. My Account Manager, Sima Ganaba, has helped me succeed in my role in countless ways. She is hands-on, always helpful, an excellent teacher of the platform, and a collaborator in thinking of new campaigns and ideas for automation. She is truly an extension of my team, helping me work smarter, not harder. I am incredibly grateful for her. In addition to Account Management, the support team is responsive and committed to resolving any issues promptly. I could not be happier with the team at Listrak. What do you dislike about Listrak?

I find the platform a bit more difficult to navigate than other ESPs I have worked on before - not as intuitive or user-friendly. It is a very robust platform, no doubt; it's just more difficult to learn the nuances - for example, building product recommendations and CRM audiences is a complicated process. What problems is Listrak solving and how is that benefiting you?

Listrak helps us better understand and, in turn, better communicate with our customers. Listrak's automation, data, predictive analytics and machine learning take the heavy lifting off a marketer. We're able to understand more about our customers' purchasing behaviors and affinities and hit them with the right messages at the right time. What do you like best about Listrak?

I love that Listrak is so easy to use! Emails and text messages are easy to assemble, and you have all the reporting you need at your fingertips. Also, if you have questions, there is a live person, just an email or call away to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Listrak?

There isn't anything I dislike about Listrak. I have dealt with other companies that were hard to work with. Listrak offered everything I felt we were missing from the other companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Listrak?

The account managers and people we work directly with at Listrak are extremely knowledgeable and offer us great suggestions for our email marketing campaigns. Unlike other ESP's we have used before, Listrak is very hands-on and attentive, and because of that, we are recognizing increased revenue and conversion rates. Extremely happy with Listrak! Listrak has offered our company options and solutions to not only increase our reach from an email marketing standpoint, but is helping us to optimize each individual contact with the customer by taking advantage of automated product recommendations and retargeting based on our subscriber's previous purchase history. In addition, they have been instrumental in helping us segment our email marketing lists in order to place the right products in front of the subscribers that have the highest probability of clicking, opening, and converting into a sale. What do you like best about Listrak?

Listrak meets our needs for timely communication with our customers. We can go from concept to contact with the right audience quickly. What do you like best about Listrak?

I love the new journey hub as well as the personalization aspects. The drag and drop is very user friendly too. We have had great success with the product recommender and the ability to track each product in that function. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Listrak?

I also wish you could make a dynamic piece of content a saved piece of content. I also wish you could have more reporting from the journey hub. It's easy to set up but there is a lack of reporting compared to the conversation editor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Listrak solving and how is that benefiting you?

In Listrak we have automated all our campaigns that feed from our internal and external data tools. We are also implementing dynamic pieces of our welcome/ post-purchase journey which I am excited to analyze results for. Listrak helps make batch send marketing emails faster and easier using the saved content function. I've used other ESPs and Listrak has by far the most in-depth quantitative reporting. What do you like best about Listrak?

I have been working with Listrak and account reps for almost 7 years. We use the email and SMS services. Overall the SaaS is very easy to use, with a simple and intuitive interface that allows us create campaigns, tests, target specific audiences, track results and generate reports with minimal effort.
