What do you like best about Listrak?

I love the tools, and the analytics and testing options we have. Our account manager Jon has been incredibly helpful as well. We've had a few in the time we've been with Listrak, and with the previous ones I don't think it ever came up whether or not they had experience in our industry and it didn't seem like they knew for sure what to do with us, but with Jon, it's clear that he is and that's been of great assistance to us in planning strategies. What do you dislike about Listrak?

There are occasionally issues with UI that crop up, which may be due to our browser but I've never been able to get a different result in others at regular resolution. If you shrink your screen to 90%, the missing buttons do appear. This caused a bit of confusion in some of the tools but I was at least able to get an explanation from our account manager at the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Listrak solving and how is that benefiting you?

They've allowed us to manage our customer data in separate lists, which wasn't something we could do before and they've simplified both constructing emails and segmenting things. Previously, we would hand-code our emails and that would take forever, and if we needed a specialized segment we'd either need to cobble one together from pieces of an SQL query library written by our tech team or bother them to write a new one. What do you like best about Listrak?

- User-friendly platform

~ Easy way to build emails

~ Navigation is pretty straight-forward

What do you dislike about Listrak?

- Not being able to tell who of our email subscribers are also SMS subscribers

- LTK Support actually used to be super helpful but seems like lately are always directing us to our AM. This is more for chat than anything else.

- Not being able to drag and drop filters between filter groups

What problems is Listrak solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of the things that Listrak has introduced is the JourneyHub, where we will be able to tie sending emails and SMS messages depending on where the user is more active. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Listrak?

What do you dislike about Listrak?

Listrak is our partner for our email/sms marketing. They continually help us create strategies to drive incremental growth within those channels.

They are also our partner for GXP initiatives and have helped us grow immensely within this channel - testing different strategies and continuing to drive revenue and conversions both through on site and off site campaigns.

What do you like best about Listrak?

Our current Rep Jon is super helpful in giving advice on how we are performing in our area of sale and Marketing compared to others in our field, and changes we can make to help grow our business and produce sales. The easy of email creation is amazing. Even a non-graphic designer like myself can draft and send an email. Also, checking the message activity and results is super easy and helpful. What do you like best about Listrak?

Listrak has supported us in every aspect. Our Account Manager and Director have always been available, knowledgeable, supportive, and so much more! The platform is intuitive and provides many features, options, and metrics to track what's important to us. When support is needed, it is there! What do you like best about Listrak?

Listrak offers a full range of marketing tools that help make our business better. Everything from product recommendations to broadcast and trigger email campaigns and SMS solutions. For a while I didn't like that everything was an a la carte style for features. Each time we wanted to add something, there was always a new charge. BUT they have changed their model a little bit now to sell your more of a package style. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Listrak?

Beyond the platform being simple and easy to use, the team members from Listrak we partner with are absolute superstars! The platform is clear to use and very straightforward. If I ever have any issues, our reps are always there to jump on a call and help out, which is beyond valuable in any partner we use. Additionally, the team is always checking in on our goals to align and see how we can further leverage the capabilities of the platform to meet said goals. What do you dislike about Listrak?

The composer leaves much to be desired to help create emails that look beautiful on both desktop and mobile. It was built with desktop in mind first; however, most consumers now read email on mobile devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Listrak?

Listrak is a versatile Email Client that provides fairly robust analytics reporting. This, along with quality customer service and great account management, makes Listrak the best ESP I've worked with in my 12+ years of email marketing. What do you dislike about Listrak?

Unlike email, Listrak's SMS analytics reporting is not very robust. Although this is a newer area for Listrak, conversion tracking is completely lacking. It would be helpful to see crossover data between email and SMS customers even if the identifying data were restricted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
