I thint that some of the email features are nice, they make it easier to create emails based around previous sends. Some of their tech peices are solid, Send Time Optimization works well. Ability to use the system to send unique codes from a list is great as well too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Horribly expensive. We saw our email program drop from a 38x to a 9.5x in a year, primarily our platform expenses quadrupling from our previous ESP. IP address is a shared IP, and we were added to one that already had reputation issues, causing for bounce rates to hit as high as 12%, each time there was some other excuse (it's your domain, it's microsoft, it's what your sending, it's who your sending it to, etc) never had any issues to this extent, nor did we have any issues that took over 3+ months to reslove. The implementation was only have completed, and there were issues with things being incorrect in setup, leading to even more issues with our automated emails. The client services team seems to be stretched so thin that we had issues all the time regarding not hearing back on things, issues with delays, etc.
If you need a platform that acutally is going to work with your ROI is easy to integrate, go find another one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think that the platform as a whole has many upsides. To start, there are many convenient tools for the end user such as a solid email building foundation, artwork options, contact list segmentation, different "Master Lists" for unique targets, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If I had to list items I dislike about Listrak, it would entail the inability to copy & carry over built emails from one Master list to another, the need for split Master Lists to be incorporated via Conductor, which separates certain lists from other analytics groups, the inability of the platform to convert currencies from other countries into USD, & some other minor nitpicks. Listrak's support is unmatched! Their friendly, expert team helps us accomplish exactly what we want. I appreciate how they share insight as well as instruction. And there are so many possibilities when it comes to automation, segmentation, personalization, and split testing. Other platforms make you jump through hoops, requiring integrations or special setup. With Listrak you can have have a seamless, sophisticated email campaign in one place. Portions of the platform are not intuitive and can be tricky to navigate. That said, there is always a tutorial or a team member to point in the right direction (or even help with setup), so it's never an issue for me or my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The dashboards and navigation are a little less intuitive than other ESP's I've used. All the same information is there, you might have to just dig a bit more to filter or refine the information you are looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've worked with a few of their competitors over the years and I can honestly say Listrak is the most user friendly. I was able to pass off my email building duties to a coworker with no experience in Listrak with minimal training while I was on a leave of absence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My only complaint would be that I don't have the capabilities to build sections out in my emails that would be for only desktops, or only for mobile messaging. We currently use email, sms, and Listrak's GXP solution to grow our business. We have series of broadcasts sends, automated campaigns, triggers, behavioral banners and more. SMS is our fastest growing channel at the moment and continues to grow WoW and MoM as we build out automation and segmentation for this channel. My favorite part about Listrak is that they regularly meet with our team and consult and provide expertise to ensure we are meeting and achieving our business goals. Listrak's platform is incredibly intuitive and allows the user to tweak messages to properly suit campaign objectives. I like the ability mix and match email and SMS campaigns in our flows to constantly be a top-of-mind brand for our consumers in our industry. Listrak is always receptive to our feedback and we have weekly calls to improve on our outreach to our audience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Listrak always delivers emails to inboxes. Over the multiple years we've been a client there have been ZERO concerns with deliverability. That is such a core and necessary requirement for an ESP.
Their recent addition of SMS has opened up a whole new marketing aspect for our store. We've loved manging both email and SMS in one platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Listraks admin area can be a bit confusing and challenging to navigate. It has improved over the years and they continue to make tweaks. Once you learn it of course these issues are no big deal.
