What do you like best about Listrak?

Listrak's software and direct integration into the shopping cart is by far the best thing about them, although I'd also rate their account service very high. They truly care about the success of each of their clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't care for the ongoing incremental fees for triggered email programs (post set-up). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can't recommend Listrak highly enough. I particularly like that they are committed to constantly improving their tool. For no additional cost to their customers, they often roll out new features and functions that allow us to improve our email marketing even further. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Listrak solving and how is that benefiting you?

Listrak's tool allows us to send emails that are microsegmented and therefore customized to optimize sales, as well as to understand the composition of our database. We have seen tremendous lifts in email revenue ever since we signed on with Listrak. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Listrak?

The Listrak team goes above and beyond to help get a company up and running with automated emails. After switching from Bronto, which we discovered was more of a "do-it-yourself" service, Listrak, by comparison, has created a series of responsive, professional looking emails for us.
