As an email marketing manager, I love how easy it is to build emails in composer and also look at main KPIs in the message history/performance summary with ease. I also really love how we have an account manager who helps identify areas of oppportunity for the program. Meg Kunkle has gone above and beyond to help our program reach greater heights. She's hardworking, empathetic, passionate and funny! She's one of the best account managers I've ever had the pleasure of working with.As someone who works as an email marketing manager, I find it really convenient to use Composer to create emails, and then review the main KPIs in the message history / performance summary. Additionally, having an account manager who can help identify opportunities for program improvement has been incredibly helpful. I don't like how I can't have two tabs open at the same time to easily reference things. I would like to work quicker in the platform as I manage email campaigns for US and CA but that option is not available right now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Listrak is a bit difficult to understand. The help articles aren't always the easiest. There is a knowledge barrier between what Listrak could be doing for our business and the work required on our end to accomplish it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We find Listrak reasonably easy to use, and we have been with them for long enough to see the company grow in size and features. In that time, they have kept up their personal customer support, and we can still count on their good people communicating and providing service in timely fashion. I don't really care for the list setup in listrak. If a customer unsubs in a post purchase they are still getting marketing emails from us in other lists and this is something our customers do not like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's their CRM & Email Marketing kit. What we really like about Listrack is their email segmentation, scheduling & reporting tools, A/B testing, personalised email generator/content and scheduling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
