What do you like best about Listrak?

We have a great team. They're responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to help. The solution is what we wanted, but the team is what we needed. Still in the process of implementing additional solutions, but the team got us live in record time! Also like that the platform is flexible. What do you dislike about Listrak?

Definitely had some issues with the technical implementation on Magento. We needed a little more assistance from the Listrak team since our team is so small. We could have probably moved even faster with additional help; specifically, we got stuck on the extension and REST API forms that delayed our internal teams from using customer data segmentation or collecting that data via forms. What problems is Listrak solving and how is that benefiting you?

Solving for a solution that works; our prior ESP wasn't sufficient for what we needed with the technical implementation on Magento. The benefit of Listrak is how flexible the solution/team has been with working with us. What do you like best about Listrak?

Listrak's email builder, Compser, is easy to use and provides more customer behavior metrics with the list health and message activity dashboards than any other platform I've worked on. It's easy to compare year over year creative with the different kinds of heat maps and where people are opening the emails and where they unsubscribe (desktop, mobile, or other). I also like how patient my rep is with me and how she is always explaining things to me, sometimes more than once! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Listrak?

I dislike audience filter phrasing (subscribe date is after 3 months ago), having to completely rebuild HTML emails in the new email builder - that there's not a way they just convert. I wish I could change the design more between desktop and mobile other than rearranging blocks. Also, our GA numbers never match up with the Listrak revenue. Sometimes the Listrak words get confusing like "recipes" and "conversations" or "segmented field groups." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Listrak:

Do it! More analytics than Klayvio and better support than Constant Contact. Between your rep and support you can't go wrong. I always feel like an individual, they never send me automated blanket answers to my questions. They really feel like an extension of the company I work for, and not an outside vendor. What problems is Listrak solving and how is that benefiting you?

Listrak is helping with advanced segmentation - allowing us to really split up what flows (they call it conversations) people receive based on what they've purchased, what they click on, and where they live. They're also really helpful with setting up A/B split tests - which is something I haven't done a lot of in the past. Our rep will also look into some of the conversations for us and help me update them, or see where we could add or delete emails to really optimize the conversion rate. What do you like best about Listrak?

While I really enjoy Listrak's user-friendly dashboard, I enjoy working with their reps the most. There is a focus on customer satisfaction through human interaction that is very welcomed in this age of increased automation.

The on-boarding experience with Listrak was painless and it went very smoothly. Every rep that we've had there (currently only 2) has managed our account with precision and care. I was also very impressed by the way in which, when it was time to change reps mid-stream (because our rep had gotten a promotion), they utilized shadowing and had an overlap so that the transition was seamless. What do you dislike about Listrak?

I find that the Listrak dash - and it's capabilities are so deep that I do not always have the time to play with it as often as I'd like to. Also, at times, because the subtle nuances of what you are able to accomplish are so varied, it can get a bit complex for the layman - mapping triggered conversations for example. Recommendations to others considering Listrak:

Call them up and talk through what you would like to accomplish. Judge them by how they answer you questions. When we were vetting the other options offered out there - and there were many choices to choose from, we were impressed with Listrak, as a brand, from start to finish.

I would also like to recommend Listrak's events that are held from time to time. This is where they act like true partners and share their roadmap for the future and let you in to their world. What problems is Listrak solving and how is that benefiting you?

Currently, we are working with our rep Cody to really fine tune our automated campaigns such as welcome, abandonment and the like. He acts more like a member of our team in the way in which he takes the time to bring new strategies to the table and also helps us when we hit a roadblock. What do you like best about Listrak?

Listrak has made it easy for teams that don't have programmers or database experts to build and segment customer lists. The support team is amazing so if there is something a user can't figure out on their own, someone on the Listrak side can generally help and resolve really quickly. Additionally account managers are incredible responsive and offer numerous ideas and tips for growing your email channel. Everyone I've worked with at Listrak is super helpful and if they don't have the answer to my question they find the person who has it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Listrak?

The one downside I've found is that not all reports and functions meet the business specific requirements I'm looking for but this is something you'd find in any 3rd party tool. Listrak does offer a customer forum for suggestions on how to improve the platform and regularly uses the feedback to develop their roadmap but its not a guarantee that your idea will become a reality. Listrak does take a lot of time to manage if you are using automated campaigns. I highly recommended have a dedicated person at your organization to manage the tool so that you can get a great ROI. I use Listrak for marketing sends, customer segmentation, product recommendations, Back in Stock Alerts and automated personalized campaigns. What do you like best about Listrak?

From both a revenue generator to outstanding management tools, Listrak has provided us the platform to take our email marketing efforts to a new level. The automated campaigns, high-performing personalized recommendations, and underlying account and technical support have resulted in our continued email marketing growth since 2016.

The multiple subscriber list structure was ideal for us to manage both our automated campaigns, marketing campaigns, and transnational sends. The list management tools have allowed us to create unique and timely audiences that were difficult (near impossible) with our previous ESP source. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Listrak?

Our initial implementation was a bit frustrating/lengthy due to a misunderstanding (on our part) with the preference center functionality. We've since shifted to an API approach with has worked very well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Listrak?

We have had fantastic account reps who consistently analyze our results and find opportunities for growth and improvement. The reps are hands on and assist in setting things up for us or teach us how to do something when the opportunity arises. They strive to understand our business and what we are trying to achieve and then make suggestions on how to get there. Shout out to our rep Joe who goes above and beyond on a consistent basis!

As a company I feel they are always working on improving their products and the functionality around them. We continue to strengthen our relationship with them by adding more of their products to our tool set.

What do you dislike about Listrak?

We utilize Listrak for marketing, triggered, and transaction emails as well as SMS, email and site recommendations, and audience export for FB advertising.

What do you like best about Listrak?

The support and deliverability teams at Listrak are one of the finest in the industry. In addition Listrak has a fair amount of flexibility in the data they handle along with the ease of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

That I cannot duplicate data points within conversation building. You must walk through the build process all the time to create segmentations. Some of the extended data warehouse for additional fields is not easily found or included without supports help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Deliverability and inbox placement was a huge factor for us. Listrak's team and our internal teams did a phenomenal job in resolving many issues. In addition, their automated tools allow our company to successfully launch and profit from many different campaigns. well automation (welcome series, post purchase, browse abandonment & cart abandonment) is doing very well especially for 1 of our brands, in fact, it is making more revenues than the marketing campaigns. The product is very easy to navigate. As you learn more you can improve the look and performance of an email. Great data on the back end to steer things down the road. The support staff is great -- friendly, good at listening and talks to you not at you. They know the product very well and a call always results in a positive experience.
