Listrak is always happy to jump in and help me with my email program whenever I need. Whether I'm going on vacation and need additional support for my back-up, or I need assistance figuring out/solving a technical issue, they are ready to assist in any way they can. My account manager listens and helps me problem solve whenever an issue arises. They are constantly working on and improving the tools they offer. They listen to what their customers are asking for, and make changes based on the needs of their clients. I have made several 'feature requests' myself that have been implemented in the tool. There isn't much I dislike. Occasionally a response will take longer than I would like, but they always have a support line if I truly need an immediate answer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform is extremely easy to use. The data is accessible. Their account management team is focused on growth and available 24/7. There is so much more to it than just an ESP (predictive analytics, recommended products on site and in email, SMS, CRM and more). We have used them for three years now and we couldn't be happier. We switched from using Bronto and by utilizing Listrak's Composer Tool, we saved roughly 4 hours per day on building emails because their email builder is so intuitive. I also like that they're family owned and and never satisfied with the status quo. They are always pushing to new heights and adding new capabilities. For example, they just released a new, intuitive, automated email trigger campaign tool that is right up there with the best of ESPs.
One final thing, they care about their clients, especially during the current COVID-19 crisis. They recently introduced a new project called Bounce Back, which is a program that any of their interested clients can take advantage of. Clients get their SMS and GXP programs at little cost for the sole purpose of helping struggling clients rebound. I can't speak to many vendors willing to do that for their clients. It's very intuitive, Listrak support is always available, and it helps that Jon is such a great rep to work with. I mainly use Listrak to send emails and and it's my first time to have that job responsibility. I really really enjoyed learning about the different email metrics and Listrak's PA. I do wish it was easier to copy projects. You can copy and save emails, but it would be nice to be able to do the same with split tests, and also lists in general especially if the list settings will be the same across multiple lists. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
User-friendly and expansive UI with a ton of options for custom segmentation, email creation, and analytics. Nice APIs. Great documentation. Best of all: customer service. It was a great ESP option 10-15 years ago, but no longer a strong service provider. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Its UI is clunky & outdated. Does not integrate well with eCommerce platforms such as Magento, or Shopify easily compared to the newer ESPs such as Klaviyo.
Segmenting tool is quite complicated. Adding a new feature that should be included as a package (popups, flows, etc.) comes with additional cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Thanks to its automated system we can locate clients more effectively and make sales with higher profits for the company, it is also very easy to use, dragging and dropping makes it much easier for us to do email newsletters and we see best results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This platform seems a little expensive to me compared to other platforms that offer you something similar, sometimes it is complicated when you need to search for customer data quickly. One of the greatest upsides to Listrak is their robust analytics tool suite. Users also benefit Listrak's automated "conversations" and the ability to maintain separate lists.
Hands down, one of the biggest benefits is the awesome account management. Shout out to Jon Sanville, who has been there for us every step of the way! There are a few small features missing from the WYSIWYG editor that would be nice to have, and creating conversations is a little complicated compared to other platforms.

our account reps are really friendly and helpful and dont need a coder to build emails. A lot of analytical info that you can pull, although the data isnt always presented in the most user friendly UI Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
