Our account manager Kyle works with us on strategy, and execution to make sure we are taking advantage of all the features in Listrak. What do you like best about Listrak?

The support team on chat or phone are great and quick to respond. My account managers have been helpful in launching campaigns and answering any questions our team has! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Listrak?

would like to see more segmentation abilities for SMS and also better reporting for SMS and MMS. Additionally, there is no a/b test reporting and analysis for sms channel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Listrak solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's been an ongoing issue matching sms subscription status to email list subscriptions and vice versa. It is important for us to take into consideration a contacts message activity on both channels when messaing them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The system has been around for a long time so the interface can feel a bit clunky or patched together. They have been updating that lately which has been great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Listrak solving and how is that benefiting you?

Listrak serves as a great email service provider. The features and overall use match the competitors. I mostly stick to automated conversations, ad hoc sends, and exchange for lead gen. What do you dislike about Listrak?

The analytics section could be more exhaustive. I've encountered delays specifically with the list health syncing up to the proper metric for a recent date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
