What do you like best about Listrak?

The most helpful component of our Listrak experience has been the hands-on support; especially from our account manager. A timely response to give guidance and resolve issues before they happen makes all the difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Listrak?

What do you like best about Listrak?

Listrak has 1st Class customer service! My rep, Jon Sanville, is amazing. Jon is constantly coming up with new ideas, new ways to market our products via emails and SMS, test different segments to optimize our target audiences, and gives me new ideas on how to utilize the composer to it's fullest. Jon is there every time I have a question or want to bounce an idea of him. Tech support is very quick to help out if there are any issue and when I want to try new ways of doing things but not sure how to approach them. I would highly recommend Listrak to any company looking for a new Digital Marketing Platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Listrak?

Believe it or not, the only downside I have found so far is Listrak doesn't currently have the capability to A/B test while sending a campaign via STO (Send time optimization). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
