What do you like best about Listrak?

I think that it has almost everything that you may want from an ESP and all the email triggers. Plus, they also give you a dedicated Account Manager who you meet with every month and will give you suggestions. All other ESPs I've worked with do not do that. Excellent customer support too! Issues are solved very fast or escalated to the right people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Listrak?

I don't like that it has so many lists/databases and they don't talk to each other. It seems to be a locked system, so a third party cant make customer programs/software for the ESP, unlike other big, well-known ESPs. But they will try to find a solution. However, they will work with you to find any possible workaround which is very helpful. Their dynamic content capabilities can be better though, I hope to see an update soon. Recommendations to others considering Listrak:

It's fantastic for small to medium size companies, that don't have the resources to produce custom systems on the well-known ESPs. But not recommended if you need a lot of custom work needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Listrak solving and how is that benefiting you?

Email journeys, broadcast, cart + browse abandonment, SMS. We have increased revenue after switching over from the last ESP, maybe it has better website tracking than the previous ESP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Listrak?

Listrak's platform is incredibly intuitive and easy to use. It is easy to build and schedule emails that look great and convert well using their system. Reporting is intuitive, the platform gives you all you need.

GXP has been a game-changer in our business. Our email list is constantly growing (and with high conversion, too!).

Perhaps one of the greatest parts about working with Listrak is their incredible customer support. They always come prepared with helpful suggestions to make our email channel even stronger than it already is. The team is easy to reach and always goes the extra mile to help out when needed. What do you dislike about Listrak?

There is not much to dislike about Listrak. While the platform is very intuitive, it is a bit different from other email platforms so there can be a small learning curve for new users.
