They should enhance their AI rewriting feature that is not great. If I provide a review to a person and I ask for enhancement, it's not enhancing it on a human level. It's still rewriting as an AI return note. It shouldn't be like that; it should be in a human way of intention, way of selling that. I use Leapsome to see who from my team is off and to request time off myself. It solves the problem of not knowing who is off and until when. What I like most is that it's a simple to use tool. I think Leapsome puts the right things in the right places, meaning I have what I need either on the home page or easily accessible in the left side panel. I mostly use the Absence tab, either to request absence time for myself or to keep track of others and holidays, and this is the most valuable for me. Compared to Bamboo, which we used in the past, I personally see that Leapsome is aesthetically prettier, it works faster, it's easier to navigate, and it has all my team's calendars in the same place. It seems that our surveys aren't completely anonymous. I believe that my department or perhaps even my name is visible to the person who requests the survey. I had submitted an answer to an anonymous survey once and the reader really seemed to know exactly where it came from. Not sure if that is a "you" thing or a "my company" thing.
