The only thing I didn’t like is that we’re not very habituated to this software yet, so it can be confusing to tell the difference between my own reviews and the reviews others have shared about us. Also, whenever a notification comes in, I think it means someone is asking me for a review, but when I open it, I see it’s actually a review they shared about us. I use Leapsome for peer review, year-end reviews, and managing team member details. I really like how we can add and complete the whole review process from selecting peers to reviewing my manager and finishing all the feedback in one place. The platform eliminates recency bias by providing all the context and helps make my feedback more constructive through AI reviews, shifting the feedback from judgment to development. Integrating Leapsome with Slack and BambooHR has been incredibly helpful, as it allows me to perform tasks directly from Slack without needing to log into another app. Before Leapsome, we didn't have any dedicated tool for our HR activities, and now, it has provided a very neat process for all these tasks. It's frustrating that managers are unable to share reviews with other managers to review and provide feedback. It limits the ability to only share reviews with one person, the reviewee.
