The Leapy Chatbot sometimes hallucinates a little, and it's not always clear where it takes the information from or if it is reviewing the page you currently have open or another one. For example, when you ask for filtered results of a team or department, sometimes it takes its info from somewhere else. Also, I think the functions under 'My Company' like Q&A Boards and feedback board are a little hidden. We didn't really know what they are or how to use them, so it took some time to understand. They are great, but they could be more visible. Additionally, the initial setup was okay, but a live onboarding session or a guideline for the IT department on data import would have been nice—a check-in after the contract would help.
