Lattice is very intuitive and easy to use. I like how all of the tasks people need to complete are on the homepage and everything else is laid out very clearly; it's extremely user-friendly. Also, I really like how we can have our onboarding surveys, pulse surveys, engagement surveys, exit interviews, feedback, and year-end reviews all on one platform. I would like a little more control in editing reviews, start/stop dates. For example, we added one user after a review cycle had completed as they were on parental leave and didnt want them getting alerts. Lattice has many many wonderful features. I most often use the 1:1 meeting creations and the goal entry feature to track my progression. I also really appreciate the home page that shows a quick easy glimpse of birthdays, anniversaries and new hires. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wouldn't say I dislike it, necessarily. It's just that I don't use and don't have much need for the updates with emojies feature. How I'm feeling on Monday will likely be very different than how I'm feeling on Wednesday. Even further, I could feel one way Tuesday morning and a completely different way on Tuesday afternoon. Lattice has been user friendly as an admin and does a great job helping us ensure our people processes are seamlessly informing each other. The automatic sync with Workday makes things easy to manage from onboarding to exit. We've gotten everyone to adopt 1:1s on a regular basis.
