I wouldn't say I dislike anything, there are definitely improvements or product features that I would really love to see that I have provided feedback on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lattice?

The interface is very clean and intuitive. Ability to customize questions for performance reviews, updates, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lattice?

An additional software for employees to learn, use and sign-in to. Because we are a small company, we do not have a dedicated resource to assist us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ability to have all feedback per employee in one place so that reviewers can have access/visibility into all data points. A tech-enabled solution to migrate away from a paper performance management system that was cumbersome and prone to recency bias. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lattice?

Lattice has been a great, well rounded tool for our team. It is easy for us to use, both in the United States and for our over seas teams. Going through performance reviews and the distribution of packets is a breeze compared to other solutions. We also love a lot of the secondary features, such as bi-weekly check-ins, 1:1 tracking, and feedback (particularly that employees can tie to our core values!) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lattice?

The OKRs tool is great, and we do use it, but we've found that it is fairly confusing for the end users. We have worked with Lattice to provide more formalized training on this aspect of the platform in the near future. We are excited to see how that training improves our employees' experience with OKRs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lattice is helping us support our semi-annual performance review process and tracking of goals in the OKRs module. This important to us for bonus incentives! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lattice?

The tool is very user friendly for both HR administrators, as well as individual employees. The integration between different modules in the platform is seamless and provides a one-stop-shop for all things performance management related. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lattice?

There are some one-off features/functionality that are very specific to our team's needs that are not yet available, but our account rep is very open to feedback and discussing with their development team to hopefully put those into production. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have started using the Grow module and it has been integral in the role out of our Career Path Program. We were able to build career tracks for each colleagues to allow them to start working towards their next step/promotion, which is a pain point for a number of employees and companies everywhere. We have also adopted the cascading goals feature, which allows us to tie individual goals to company/department goals so everyone is working towards a common cause. What do you like best about Lattice?

Simple and easy to use and can see the entire organization in one place. Team members are easily accessible to connect and can schedule 1 on 1 meetings with peers or managers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lattice?

It doesn't provide the platform to engage with your team members on chat or call. It limits to scheduling and creating tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps manage and track employees' yearly performance and helps in year-end evaluation. It allows to create goals and keep track of progress throughout the year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lattice?

The 1-on-1 tracking, integration with Google calendar, and AI summaries of feedback help me to track my progress and benchmark my work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lattice?

Some of the performance tracking and goal setting seem to be "set and forget" and doesn't help as much with tracking and pushing you forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lattice helps me easily track my own performance and gather feedback all in one place. It's AI features that synthesize your feedback down into strong areas and weaker areas really help to easily summarize where you should be setting goals and where you are strong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Kerry Wheeler of Lattice

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience! We're so glad to hear that 1:1s and AI feedback summaries are helping you benchmark your progress! We appreciate your feedback about making goal setting less 'set and forget' - we're working on improvements to better support your preferences for tracking.

What do you like best about Lattice?

Lattice is a great system for companies to manage their talent management / performance development programs. Several reasons why I like Lattice include:

1) Highly integrated talent management programs: goals, feedback, reviews, 1-1s, developmental goals (growth areas) can easily be integrated so one system can be used across frequently to support HR's performance development calendar.

Examples of how this integration is beneficial for employees and managers include:

a) they can easily see/access/edit a goal or growth area from their weekly 1-1 agenda,

b) they can pull up goals or feedback in their performance evlauation or calibration,

c) career ladders (Tracks) can be accessed to support development planning and retention. Employees and managers can reference specific jobs and easily map out growht areas and plan to promote to that future position.

2) Great user interface for administration - Lattice functions (Goals, Career Tracks, Evaluations, 1-1 details, Feedback, Engagement can be designed fairly easily with plenty of options to launch a world-class talent management / performance development program.

3) Integration with HRMS - Because of the high level of functionality, ease of administration and integration capability - it is easy to have Lattice integrated with a company's HRMS to be the talent mangement / performance development system of record.

4) Lattice support - great service! Lattice is available when I need them and very knowledgeable! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lattice?

Here's a couple items for consideration about cons of Lattice:

1) It is not part of your HRMS core capabilities and may incur additional costs than if you had it as part of your core HRMS.

2) End users can be intimidated to use it. Examples include: integrating your Outlook or other calendar to set up 1:1s, then scheduling meetings outside the recurring pattern; goal planning can be intimidating to identify what type of goal to use and how to set the visibility so intended viewers can see the goal(s). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?

Performance development programs including goal and development planning, evaluations, manager and employee communications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lattice?

Lattice has been a huge benefit for the team. Not only is there ease of use in the platform, but there are so many amazing features. Since rolling out Lattice to the team, productivity has increased and there is more accountability. The 1:1 feature allows the users to collaborate in real-time to create action items, review lists, and/or set goals. There is a section in which notes can be taken to provide more details about various action items etc. Every 1:1, the user can review the previous 1:1 to update progress, add new items, etc.

The recognition feature has been a game changer for the organization that I work at. Working in a fully remote organization has its benefits but also makes things like engagement a bit tricky. However, the recognition platform helps in these efforts. It creates a space in which employees can provide public feedback to other employees and celebrate each other, much like people would in an office environment.

Having team members in various countries and utilizing different platforms for payroll makes it challenging to have a single source of truth for our organization chart. However, Lattice has solved this by providing a breakdown of our structure, along with our mission, values, celebration of birthdays and anniversaries, and a fun game to get to know one another by matching the name with the face.

There are so many other features as well. Goal setting using the OKR methodology has been beneficial along with 360 reviews. The possibilities are endless, and Lattice has helped to improve efficiency and enhance our culture. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lattice?

The only thing I wish I were able to review directly from the platform is billing. However, their support team is quick to respond and I can request an invoice at any time and will have it within hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lattice has solved our problems by enhancing engagement and improving communication. The robust nature of the platform ensures that all "i"s are dotted and "t"s are crossed. Communication used to be a challenge but the 1:1, review, feedback, etc. modules provide visibility and awareness into projects that are being worked on, roadblocks, etc. to increase productivity through collaborative problem-solving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
