What I like best about Lattice is how it brings clarity and structure to performance management. The 1:1 tracking keeps conversations focused and consistent, while OKR visibility helps align our entire team around shared goals. It’s also made compensation planning and review cycles far more efficient and transparent. Overall, it’s a powerful tool that supports both individual growth and company-wide alignment. What I dislike is that it can be challenging to drive user adoption, especially when it feels like just another tool added to the tech stack. Some team members are hesitant to fully engage, which can limit the platform’s impact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a few areas especially in the review section that could still use enhancements:
Lattice does not group the self and downward review questions together. With this our leaders need to make their own table to hold the review meetings ("i have..." vs "the employee has...").
While admins are now able to input reviews on behalf of employees now (yay!) it would be nice to be able to submit it as well. For example, our employees who go out on leave fill out a packet in word before they leave, once the cycle launches, I enter in their reviews for them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ease of use and cohesion between modules is outstanding. It is quite intuitive and the more you utilize the more employee data flows together as you are traversing the platform. The Customer Support is top tier. They are responsive, and always seek to provide the right solution in a timely manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is a lot to love about Lattice. It is really designed for the employee manager relationship and it is great at that. It would be really helpful if it could expand into team support with team meeting tracking. And also with HR level notes. Like a health care repository, you can see the whole care plan of a patient. It would be ideal to see the interactions, communication, and employee notes shared across HR team members, so we are up to date and all working towards the same end goals. The engagement platform! Definitely my favorite module. The ease of creating and rolling out the surveys, but then the AI tool that gives you insights without having to sift is amazing. We run monthly pulses, onboarding, exit, and semi annual engagement surveys in Lattice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The goals module is very clunky and hard to figure out, even for admins. I had to create a whole step by step guide to share with employees to help them enter their goals. There are too many options and too many clicks. Plus too many paths to update progress - it should just be one view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We love using Lattice for OKRs but there could be some improvements made to make it less overwhelming for employees to use confidently, as well as admins (i.e filtering by quarter and not showing a whole years worth of OKRs on one page)
Although Lattice is very customisable, somethings feel like they should be more customisable when they aren’t (for example cadence of sending out OKR reminders)

Lattice doesn't try to force you into running performance reviews, goals, or 1:1s in a certain way. It provides enough customizability to where you can implement any framework you have in your company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The compensation module is a chore to set up and not very intuitive. Unlike the other modules, you have to jump through many hoops to get compensation bands to work the way you want them to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

User interface is easy and beautiful. It helps the adoption for our global audience. Setting is also simple and straightforward. It use small resource to maintain, and offer integration via API with other data processing. Currently 100% of our employees in 40 countries use Lattice, and people use it regularly for goal check-ins, review, and feedback. Customer support is easy to reach and very responsive. Our company only use Lattice Performance & Development, but not the whole HRIS due to limitation to support multiple functions + country + job scale. Lattice mobile app is not very useful. Lattice should offer better integration with Outlook, and also allow admin to send customized communication /reminder to the audience from time to time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have had success driving our performance management and growth & development initatives. It's a powerful tool and my favorite thing about it is watching it be adopted and become engrained in our culture. The habits build over time and become part of every day work here. I can also get a hold of someone whenever needed for brief or in-depth support. Extremely responsive team and top notch service.
