What do you like best about Lattice?

Lattice is super intuitive to use and makes it easy to keep everything contained in one system! The 1:1 tool is interactive and has sections for both shared notes and private notes as well as tasks you can assign to others and/or a due date. it also syncs with your calendar, auto-reminds you via slack, inrtegrates with ADP and slack, handles goals, reviews, quarterly updates, employee engagement surveys, 360 degree feedback, career progression and more. Their reports are robust with a dashboard and analytics. They continue to add new useful features, have a dedicated client support rep and excellent customer service if you can't find what you're looking for in their help sections (which are also great). What do you dislike about Lattice?

The only cons I have are current product suggestions. The notes and tasks are not searchable, so you have to scroll through each 1:1 date/meeting to review those notes and include in your reviews. I'd also love to be able to set up 1:1s with multiple individuals so we can save our group/team notes in one platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lattice?

I think that Lattice is a well thought system which gives all the tools an HR needs. From 1:1s, feedback, career growth going to compensation and bechmarking. They are really caring about their customers and they always find ways to support their customers so we are able to use the system to its maximum and make processes better internally. What do you dislike about Lattice?

What do you like best about Lattice?

User interface is easy and beautiful. It helps the adoption for our global audience. Setting is also simple and straightforward. It use small resource to maintain, and offer integration via API with other data processing. Currently 100% of our employees in 40 countries use Lattice, and people use it regularly for goal check-ins, review, and feedback. Customer support is easy to reach and very responsive. What do you dislike about Lattice?

Our company only use Lattice Performance & Development, but not the whole HRIS due to limitation to support multiple functions + country + job scale. Lattice mobile app is not very useful. What do you like best about Lattice?

My Relationshipe mananger, the product adoption teams that I have worked wtith and the Lattice Customer Care are amazing. They have never failed to help me get the task at hand completed. They are timely in their respones and knowlegable of the product. I also like Lattice University. Not as much as like the people contact. What do you like best about Lattice?

It has some amazing features to help HR enable managers to be the best and support their employees. The team are really responsive and open to jumping on a call and also hearing feedback aswell Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish there were more integrations available. We use ADP workforce now but our version in Canada isn't compatible. It would have been nice to have a dedicated person from Lattice to work with us on the implementation. However, there are a lot of great resources. What do you like best about Lattice?

We have had success driving our performance management and growth & development initatives. It's a powerful tool and my favorite thing about it is watching it be adopted and become engrained in our culture. The habits build over time and become part of every day work here. I can also get a hold of someone whenever needed for brief or in-depth support. Extremely responsive team and top notch service. What do you like best about Lattice?

Lattice makes 1:1 tracking very easy for the managers at our company, we love that it also sends reminders via Slack.

One thing that I find a little difficult as an Admin in Lattice is configuring the performance reviews, swapping out the questions can be a little confusing and typically requires live help from the Lattice team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The biggest problem that Lattice solves for us is performance management/reviews. Lattice streamlines performance reviews, goal-setting, and continuous feedback. It allows managers and employees to track progress and stay aligned with company goals. This is particularly beneficial for your company as it adds a mid-year performance review alongside annual reviews and 30/60/90-day feedback, ensuring more frequent check-ins.
