What do you like best about Lattice?

The number of features is excellent. Platform covers all of our unique People & Culture strategies and initiatives Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lattice?

I wish there were more integrations available. We use ADP workforce now but our version in Canada isn't compatible. It would have been nice to have a dedicated person from Lattice to work with us on the implementation. However, there are a lot of great resources. Some of the articles from 2021 are out of date given the look and feel of today's platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lattice?

Lattice makes 1:1 tracking very easy for the managers at our company, we love that it also sends reminders via Slack.

Annual performance reviews have also been made very simple for Managers and ICs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lattice?

One thing that I find a little difficult as an Admin in Lattice is configuring the performance reviews, swapping out the questions can be a little confusing and typically requires live help from the Lattice team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem that Lattice solves for us is performance management/reviews. Lattice streamlines performance reviews, goal-setting, and continuous feedback. It allows managers and employees to track progress and stay aligned with company goals. This is particularly beneficial for your company as it adds a mid-year performance review alongside annual reviews and 30/60/90-day feedback, ensuring more frequent check-ins. What do you like best about Lattice?

Excellent interface. Ease of use. Lattice is intuitive, so employees are much more willing to utilize it. Reviews, goal tracking and 1:1s are it's biggest strength. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lattice?

The lack of a reporting function, particularly for employee surveys. To drill the data down for senior leadership, it requires an extensive amount of manual work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lattice has improved our review process significantly. It has reduced the amount of time require to complete our quarterlies.

Also, Lattice is very intuitive for tracking OKRs. I appreciate the ability for some customization and also the flexibility to ensure our OKRs are tracked in a way that works for our organization.

What do you like best about Lattice?

Intuitive, realtime update, great platform to communicate within the team.

Like that questions and statements can be created to suit organization's culture and not just using templates.

What do you dislike about Lattice?

A language (non English) is not pulling through reporting (Excel) which creates a huge work for reporting.

Pricing structure is not great.

Bamboo integration is terrible. I suspect keeping this pain point to encourage a switch HRIS to Lattice.

Intuitive.

Realtime update.

Useful for regular 1:1s, sharing agendas, ticking off to-do list, making notes for action items and plans.

What do you like best about Lattice?

Lattice has been a great, well rounded tool for our team. It is easy for us to use, both in the United States and for our over seas teams. Going through performance reviews and the distribution of packets is a breeze compared to other solutions. We also love a lot of the secondary features, such as bi-weekly check-ins, 1:1 tracking, and feedback (particularly that employees can tie to our core values!) What do you dislike about Lattice?

The OKRs tool is great, and we do use it, but we've found that it is fairly confusing for the end users. We have worked with Lattice to provide more formalized training on this aspect of the platform in the near future. What do you like best about Lattice?

The tool is very user friendly for both HR administrators, as well as individual employees. The integration between different modules in the platform is seamless and provides a one-stop-shop for all things performance management related. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are some one-off features/functionality that are very specific to our team's needs that are not yet available, but our account rep is very open to feedback and discussing with their development team to hopefully put those into production. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have started using the Grow module and it has been integral in the role out of our Career Path Program. We were able to build career tracks for each colleagues to allow them to start working towards their next step/promotion, which is a pain point for a number of employees and companies everywhere. We have also adopted the cascading goals feature, which allows us to tie individual goals to company/department goals so everyone is working towards a common cause.
