We wish there was more flexibility within the 1:1 features like
(1) allowing for team and small group meetings to be setup for shared agendas and notes. For instance my team is a team of 3 total and we meet monthly to review goals and outstanding items we are working on, would love that to occur in Lattice
(2) we have a manager that has a different set of 1:1 agenda topics depending on the week of the month (1st, 2nd, 3rd, & 4th) and the Lattice system doesn't allow him to have multiple recurring 1:1s with the same people or to have the agenda based on certain criteria. I love the partnership I have with the customer teams and our account team. I consider them an extended version of my own internal team and I believe they have my org's best interest in mind, 100% of the time. I also love that the product is always improving and adding more features. Sometimes there are challenges with the ability to customize the tool to work best for us and that required a manual work around or for my team to adjust expectations of how we can use the tool. Last time I reviewed Lattice, the main downside I noted was the lack of functionalities typically found in an HRIS—I wished for a true one-stop shop. Well, guess what? Now we have it!
With optimized and automated processes for goal setting, growth development, and engagement, Lattice has made it easier than ever to keep our people processes robust and up to date. The platform is user-friendly and continues to evolve alongside our needs.
A major win for us has been the compensation module, which has allowed us to take significant steps in paving the way for greater pay transparency—a huge leap forward!

I think that Lattice is a well-thought-out system that gives all the tools an HR needs, from 1:1s, feedback, career growth, to compensation and benchmarking. They really care about their customers and always find ways to support them, so we are able to use the system to its maximum and improve processes internally. The ease of use and cohesion between modules is outstanding. It is quite intuitive and the more you utilize the more employee data flows together as you are traversing the platform. There is a lot to love about Lattice. It is really designed for the employee manager relationship and it is great at that. It would be really helpful if it could expand into team support with team meeting tracking. And also with HR level notes. Like a health care repository, you can see the whole care plan of a patient. It would be ideal to see the interactions, communication, and employee notes shared across HR team members, so we are up to date and all working towards the same end goals. The engagement platform! Definitely my favorite module. The ease of creating and rolling out the surveys, but then the AI tool that gives you insights without having to sift is amazing. The goals module is very clunky and hard to figure out, even for admins. I had to create a whole step by step guide to share with employees to help them enter their goals. We love using Lattice for OKRs but there could be some improvements made to make it less overwhelming for employees to use confidently, as well as admins (i.e filtering by quarter and not showing a whole years worth of OKRs on one page)
Although Lattice is very customisable, somethings feel like they should be more customisable when they aren’t (for example cadence of sending out OKR reminders)

User interface is easy and beautiful. It helps the adoption for our global audience. Setting is also simple and straightforward. It use small resource to maintain, and offer integration via API with other data processing. Our company only use Lattice Performance & Development, but not the whole HRIS due to limitation to support multiple functions + country + job scale. Lattice mobile app is not very useful. We have had success driving our performance management and growth & development initatives. It's a powerful tool and my favorite thing about it is watching it be adopted and become engrained in our culture. The habits build over time and become part of every day work here. I can also get a hold of someone whenever needed for brief or in-depth support. Extremely responsive team and top notch service.
