What do you like best about Lattice?

Lattice's features of tracking information, creating 1-1 agendas, setting up goals, and reviewing growth areas are helping me a lot. Since I started using it, I can see a clear increase in my productivity, and I am also more organized (which I honestly am not). I've been able to work towards my personal and professional goals because it's easy to track what I need to accomplish, my deadlines, etc, and I'm trying to center all my information in there. What do you dislike about Lattice?

I haven't seen a lot of "self-onboarding" material while using the platform. As an onboarder, I believe this is valuable to the customers because they can learn how to use the system at their own pace, and also help them clarify some topics they might need help with. What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Lattice?

Lattice has been an absolute game-changer for our performance management processes. The ease of use is incredible—both for administrators and managers. The built-in analytics and calibration features are incredibly powerful, providing valuable insights into employee performance and making it much easier to manage the review process and promotion cycles effectively.

The platform’s ability to streamline goal-setting and alignment has been crucial for our company. We’ve seen a noticeable improvement in how the entire organization gets focused and aligned on a quarterly basis. The incorporation of goals into 1:1 meetings, with automatic reminders to provide progress updates, has been especially helpful in keeping everyone on track.

Overall, the administration and manager experience have saved us countless hours while ensuring consistency in our performance management practices across the board. Lattice has truly helped us achieve greater transparency, alignment, and accountability, making it the top platform in our performance management toolkit. Highly recommend! As the platform continues to grow and add new functionality, some of the new modules are still in development. While we appreciate the improvements and innovation, we’re eager to see more maturity in these new features before they can fully integrate into our workflows. It’s an exciting time for Lattice, but we’re hoping for a bit more stability and refinement in the new products to make sure they can meet our evolving needs. What do you like best about Lattice?

Lattice has been a game-changer for how we approach performance management, career growth, and ongoing feedback. The platform is intuitive, making it easy for both employees and managers to stay engaged with their development.

The Performance Review process is seamless, structured, and customizable to our needs. What do you dislike about Lattice?

We wish there was more flexibility within the 1:1 features like

(1) allowing for team and small group meetings to be setup for shared agendas and notes. For instance my team is a team of 3 total and we meet monthly to review goals and outstanding items we are working on, would love that to occur in Lattice

(2) we have a manager that has a different set of 1:1 agenda topics depending on the week of the month (1st, 2nd, 3rd, & 4th) and the Lattice system doesn't allow him to have multiple recurring 1:1s with the same people or to have the agenda based on certain criteria. What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?

Performance management is more than performance reviews. It's a continuous feedback loop and connection points between employees and supervisors. Lattice is a tool that connects all the elements of performance management in a seamless and functional way. 1:1s connect to feedback which connect to performance reviews which connects to career development planning. It houses all things performance in one space giving visibility, connection and tools to employees.

What do you like best about Lattice?

I love the partnership I have with the customer teams and our account team. I consider them an extended version of my own internal team and I believe they have my org's best interest in mind, 100% of the time. I also love that the product is always improving and adding more features. Sometimes there are challenges with the ability to customize the tool to work best for us and that required a manual work around or for my team to adjust expectations of how we can use the tool. What do you like best about Lattice?

Lattice is intuitive and has a great product offering. My company uses OKRs, Grow, surveys, 1:1s and more. People across the board love the 1:1 function. The survey results are presented in a very easy to understand way, and Grow does a great job at tracking progress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lattice?

Some items within products are not as easy to use or customizable as they could be. For example, it would be great to have a feature within Lattice Grow that allows you to automatically fill expectations within certain competencies across the company, rather than have to copy it into each path. What do you like best about Lattice?

Last time I reviewed Lattice, the main downside I noted was the lack of functionalities typically found in an HRIS—I wished for a true one-stop shop. Well, guess what? Now we have it!

With optimized and automated processes for goal setting, growth development, and engagement, Lattice has made it easier than ever to keep our people processes robust and up to date. The platform is user-friendly and continues to evolve alongside our needs.

A major win for us has been the compensation module, which has allowed us to take significant steps in paving the way for greater pay transparency—a huge leap forward!

It simplifies performance management and makes it easy to create engagement surveys, onboarding surveys, exit surveys, and pulse surveys. Another potential advantage is that once you are using more years, you will be able to compare with yourself, not only with benchmark.

What do you like best about Lattice?

I think that Lattice is a well-thought-out system that gives all the tools an HR needs, from 1:1s, feedback, career growth, to compensation and benchmarking. They really care about their customers and always find ways to support them, so we are able to use the system to its maximum and improve processes internally. Latice helps us solve the problem we have with goals setting, solving problems with engagement since it gives a platform to managers and employees to talk often and discuss not only day-to-day tasks, but also discuss career development. What do you like best about Lattice?

- You can always reverse any changes, and if you're not in the admin team, you can always work with them for updates within your team

- It's easy to send company-wide reminders

- Changing a manager during a cycle is do-able for those last minute exits or LOA's

- You can always update templates and create from scratch

It's generally helpful and runs smoothly, particularly for medium-sized companies. The integration with Workday is good and it also integrates with Slack, which is very convenient.

There are areas needing improvement: More automation for bulk loads would be helpful. The format of the reports needs enhancement, especially for large companies with a lot of data (switching columns for rows would save a lot of analysis time).
