Lattice's features of tracking information, creating 1-1 agendas, setting up goals, and reviewing growth areas are helping me a lot. Since I started using it, I can see a clear increase in my productivity, and I am also more organized (which I honestly am not). I've been able to work towards my personal and professional goals because it's easy to track what I need to accomplish, my deadlines, etc, and I'm trying to center all my information in there. I haven't seen a lot of "self-onboarding" material while using the platform. As an onboarder, I believe this is valuable to the customers because they can learn how to use the system at their own pace, and also help them clarify some topics they might need help with. Lattice has been an absolute game-changer for our performance management processes. The ease of use is incredible—both for administrators and managers. The built-in analytics and calibration features are incredibly powerful, providing valuable insights into employee performance and making it much easier to manage the review process and promotion cycles effectively.
The platform’s ability to streamline goal-setting and alignment has been crucial for our company. We’ve seen a noticeable improvement in how the entire organization gets focused and aligned on a quarterly basis. The incorporation of goals into 1:1 meetings, with automatic reminders to provide progress updates, has been especially helpful in keeping everyone on track.
Overall, the administration and manager experience have saved us countless hours while ensuring consistency in our performance management practices across the board. As the platform continues to grow and add new functionality, some of the new modules are still in development. We wish there was more flexibility within the 1:1 features like
(1) allowing for team and small group meetings to be setup for shared agendas and notes. For instance my team is a team of 3 total and we meet monthly to review goals and outstanding items we are working on, would love that to occur in Lattice
(2) we have a manager that has a different set of 1:1 agenda topics depending on the week of the month (1st, 2nd, 3rd, & 4th) and the Lattice system doesn't allow him to have multiple recurring 1:1s with the same people or to have the agenda based on certain criteria. I love the partnership I have with the customer teams and our account team. I consider them an extended version of my own internal team and I believe they have my org's best interest in mind, 100% of the time. I also love that the product is always improving and adding more features. Sometimes there are challenges with the ability to customize the tool to work best for us and that required a manual work around or for my team to adjust expectations of how we can use the tool. Lattice is intuitive and has a great product offering. My company uses OKRs, Grow, surveys, 1:1s and more. People across the board love the 1:1 function. Some items within products are not as easy to use or customizable as they could be. For example, it would be great to have a feature within Lattice Grow that allows you to automatically fill expectations within certain competencies across the company, rather than have to copy it into each path. Last time I reviewed Lattice, the main downside I noted was the lack of functionalities typically found in an HRIS—I wished for a true one-stop shop. Well, guess what? Now we have it!
With optimized and automated processes for goal setting, growth development, and engagement, Lattice has made it easier than ever to keep our people processes robust and up to date. The platform is user-friendly and continues to evolve alongside our needs.
A major win for us has been the compensation module, which has allowed us to take significant steps in paving the way for greater pay transparency—a huge leap forward!

I think that Lattice is a well-thought-out system that gives all the tools an HR needs, from 1:1s, feedback, career growth, to compensation and benchmarking. They really care about their customers and always find ways to support them, so we are able to use the system to its maximum and improve processes internally.
