There are a few current limitations to widespread uptake of engagement into the tools, such as forms, workflows and business processes, with end users in our organization, such as the complexity of what is required to build-out these items. Laserfiche is very easy to use by end users and there is no special training required to start working. Every thing can be automated, just scan document and all requirements are fulfilled automatically. It can be integrated easily with other products. I like the integration between Laserfiche Forms, Laserfiche Workflow, and the Laserfiche Repository.
