"Solution for Many Operational Needs"

What do you like best about Laserfiche?

Multiple solutions, that offer options for the administration of records from any location. Laserfiche is a stable and at the same time, evolving software that seems to anticipate the needs of its clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Laserfiche?

There are a few current limitations to widespread uptake of engagement into the tools, such as forms, workflows and business processes, with end users in our organization, such as the complexity of what is required to build-out these items. You definitely need someone with skillsets that align with the technical knowledge required for building those tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Laserfiche solving and how is that benefiting you?

Looking to implement a disposition workflow for records management. Purging obsolete records while being able to track and audit process will bring our organization to more effective and efficient use of the program.
