What do you like best about Keap?

I love that my Sales Funnels and CRM are in the same place. Keap has allowed us to close more deals in less time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

I don't love that I have to pay extra per user when that user is just an Admin who needs access and the occasional automated email sent to her. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

Ease of use to schedule appointments and keep track of customers.

Customer support is great. Chat Now feature is useful as is the Customer Community. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

The separation of the contact side (customer information, call logs, emails) and the opportunity side (sales pipeline). It makes searching and running reports choppy and adding steps to get all the information out of the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

The price, simple and clean user interface, and advanced automation. Plus, their customer service is almost always helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

I wish it had more native integrations rather than relying on Zapier. There are also some basic things like finding all unsubscribed that has to be done in reports rather than in the groups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Keap solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keap helps us maintain different groups we serve and communicate with them. We have been able to simplify multiple systems by moving to Keap. We paid a developer to connect Keap with our application system which allows us to be much closer to a single source of truth for all of our customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We're able to do very custom and sofisticated automations, segment based on user behaviour, and nurture our subscribers through the entire customer journey.
