What do you like best about Keap?

Very robust, good financial reporting, can customize many, many things, including reports and dashboard. I love that you can integrate with a bunch of other tools and use the marketplace to get done what is needed. The Keap Community is also really helpful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

What do you like best about Keap?

I like the idea of having a business line and the ability to text clients from that number. I like the ability to design various lead magnets and information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

I don't like how glitchy it can be as I've sent forms and realized the checkout page was missing from half my forms. I also don't like that my team can't access changes that I make without me going in and updating things myself Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

I like the ability to build out and schedule campaigns. I also like the task manager to keep my day on track Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The SMS feature is not advanced, but its a newer feature. It is not 2-way, at least in Ultimate Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

I love that all our members contacts are in one spot, that we can send broadcasts easily, and I can reroute tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The search bar in Keap only pulls up specific contacts sometimes, you have to type the full name for it to show up most times. I wish it had better alert systems for tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

I like how each contact record can have custom fields, which allows me to taylor the info we keep on our customers, so we can then use that info in email campaigns, which personalizes the email, which ultimately increases email engagement. What do you dislike about Keap?

What do you like best about Keap?

I love that it was designed for smaller businesses. Their support is REAL. They answer questions quickly, and the educational support is amazing too. I highly recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

My only complaint about Keap is more on my side than it is on theirs. My POS system does not transfer information over to my CRM in the most efficient method. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

I like the lead score automation as well as the user-friendly email broadcasts. They have recently updated their features and added a more creative touch to their designs. Their customer support is very helpful and accommodating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

I love the progress they're making on updating the builder tools with the new email builder and new landing page builder. It's very user-friendly and you're able to create some excellent looking emails.

I also appreciate the community of users they're working on building. With a Facebook group and their own online community, it's easy to get answers and support from other users as well as Keap representatives.

My company does not keep our products or customer purchase information in Keap, so I have not used those features much, but I can see how they would be helpful for businesses with fewer products.

Keap Academy is also enjoyable. I've attended one in-person event as well as a few online events and always learn new things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

For some reason it's not highly recognized in the market. Every job posting for an email marketing specialist that I've seen lists specific softwares they prefer candidates to have experience with, typically Hubspot, Salesforce, and Klaviyo, among others. Literally not a single one has mentioned Keap or Infusionsoft. It also does not integrate very easily with very many other common softwares.

Some features are still missing. The new email builder is excellent for design, but for some reason can't do A/B testing, where the old builder could. I can't think of why they wouldn't make sure that was available right at launch because it's such a crucial marketing tool.

Also, this may have been a one-off situation, but while going through the process to authenticate the domains used in my account I was given incorrect information by a representative that resulted in my ability to send broadcasts being disabled. A new representive I'm working with has been very helpful in trying to get it resolved, but it's still a frustration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The biggest benefit is providing a way to automate constant contact with our customers. The automations tool works very well for our needs and lets me create custom paths based on customer profiles and behavior. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

Keap is extremely reliable. The Keap leadership focuses on being the best CRM for small business instead of trying to be a jack of all trades. They continue to update their features while maintaining their core competencies. It has a great ecosystem of apps, consultants, and integrations. Keap is like the conductor that manages the automations for what happens when, so you deliver the right message to the right person at the right time. Their support is very helpful and listens to feedback. Nearly any marketing campaign can be created using their Automation Builder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

Keap went through leadership changes, which led to shifting focus away from their original version. They created more introductory level versions which forked their development and shifted their attention away from the Ultimate version. That meant new features for the Ultimate version weren being released slowly. However, after some refocusing and streamlining, they are back to rolling out features for all versions at a good pace.
