What do you like best about Keap?

Easy to understand and use UI (KEAP only). Powerful contact management. Great automations and flow structure. But everything else was lackluster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

AWFUL UI for Max Classic. Just beyond clunky and not intuitive. And no Google Calendar sync? Really?

For Keap - missing very important integrations. Why can't I bring my own phone service? And entire menu option is dedicated to texting .. If i don't use texting I lose an entire section of your menu. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In addition to native integrations, we also integrate with Zapier which allows you to connect your app to thousands of other tools you might be using. We also do have Google Calendar sync for our Lite, Pro and Max editions. We do wish you the best of luck in your business and will always be here if you decide to return to Keap.

What do you like best about Keap?

It's been great for initiating database calls, and initiating the follow-up is just so easy. Lot's of opportunities to track all forms of communication and keep it in one place that is hyper-easy to access. Great for noting the relationship you are building with customers and clients. We think that the potential customers love the texting option to communicate with us. We love that it automatically sends our customers reminders without us having to do anything. What do you like best about Keap?

I like that it's all automated, and once it's set up, I don't need to do anything! It works really well to do my follow ups with leads and bring in more leads. It seems seamless, and my patients seem to love it. Especially our follow-up campaign. We have had very positive feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

There's a learning curve to it. I'm glad to have coaching! It can get a little complicated when you first start, but it gets better as you use it. I would recommend using some type of training on it (I have used Paul Gough's training, but Keap has training available also). I feel that anyone who is on the fence should try it out. I highly recommend using the training provided. But any small/med size business should have this program. It's the best out there! Try it out, you won't regret it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

A little clunky and antiquated, hard to keep track of all the functionality in terms of creating web pages and sending out template emails. I wish it was easier to create campaigns as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

It allows me to compile my emails off my website and off my Shopify POS. Since 70% of my business is off my POS this is critical. I feel that the email broadcast platform is easy to manage. The importance of this has been magnified during Covid when I have relied on my customer database to stay in business! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

My only dislike through the 8 years I have used it,is that when I add emails and contacts that I have gathered legitimately that I have them hold emails and slow them down to look for issues. What problems is Keap solving and how is that benefiting you?

Contacting my customers following purchases and throughout the process of using my product is critical. Set it up one time on Keap and it works 24/7. With Covid my business model began to change immediately and the email database of customers really paid dividends. The ability to reach them effectively and quickly has kept us in business.
