What do you like best about Keap?

I have to say Keep Pro & Infusionsoft are truly essential when it comes to creating a scalable business. After signing up it has replaced nearly all of my software for invoicing, email funnels, sales crm, quoting etc. The amount of stuff you can automate is truly incredible when you properly learn how to use this powerhouse software. Works perfectly with Zapier too. I have set up an extremely complicated and advance sales funnel for my own agency and it works like a charm. One of my favourite funnels I made: once a contact accepts quote, invoice is automatically sent and once it is paid they're automatically sent 5 onboarding emails. What do you dislike about Keap?

To be honest it is quite expensive for Infusionsoft, but when you look at the amount of time it saves it's actually a steal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

This is such an amazing platform, it is fast, responsive and makes perfect sense. At first, I did struggle with the concept of Lifecycle Marketing, but once the penny dropped, I have not looked back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Keap is great for automating daily tasks, managing contact with clients, and staying organized. We also like using Keap for sending out newsletters to potential and current clients. We are doing a better job of connecting with leads who may not answer their phones, but might check email that we send through Keap. What do you like best about Keap?

No matter when I call for help, I reach someone who is totally there for me. This time it was quite a puzzle about an affiliate and billing that I hadn't encountered in 10 years of being with Infusionsoft. He worked until we solved the puzzle and then asked if he could help with anything else. I really can't say enough about Infusionsoft's support. I just wish other services I use were as exceptional. What do you dislike about Keap?

Hmmm, I can't think of anything I dislike except maybe some small things. My business runs so smoothly because I'm using Insusionsoft, and if there's a glitch, they help immediately. I know I'm supposed to give a dislike, but immediate help when you need it is vital. When I'm busy, I don't have to wait for an email response which always brings up another question. The software is amazingly robust, and unless you love to delve in and learn how to use it, I'd delegate it to someone. I didn't have that luxury, and I have to say it's gratifying to jump in and just do the things you need to do with the software. There is a learning curve, but for me, it was well worth it. Infusionsoft pulls so many different aspects of business into one system. The biggest benefits are how easy using Infusionsoft has made running my business so I can focus on other things.
