I have to say Keep Pro & Infusionsoft are truly essential when it comes to creating a scalable business. After signing up it has replaced nearly all of my software for invoicing, email funnels, sales crm, quoting etc. The amount of stuff you can automate is truly incredible when you properly learn how to use this powerhouse software. Works perfectly with Zapier too. I have set up an extremely complicated and advance sales funnel for my own agency and it works like a charm. One of my favourite funnels I made: once a contact accepts quote, invoice is automatically sent and once it is paid they're automatically sent 5 onboarding emails. Keap is great for automating daily tasks, managing contact with clients, and staying organized. We also like using Keap for sending out newsletters to potential and current clients. No matter when I call for help, I reach someone who is totally there for me. This time it was quite a puzzle about an affiliate and billing that I hadn't encountered in 10 years of being with Infusionsoft. He worked until we solved the puzzle and then asked if he could help with anything else. I really can't say enough about Infusionsoft's support. I just wish other services I use were as exceptional. Hmmm, I can't think of anything I dislike except maybe some small things. My business runs so smoothly because I'm using Insusionsoft, and if there's a glitch, they help immediately. I know I'm supposed to give a dislike, but immediate help when you need it is vital. When I'm busy, I don't have to wait for an email response which always brings up another question.
