What do you like best about Keap?

I LOVE deal pipeline. Emails of course!! The invoices and checkout forms are also incredible. I love being able to have everything in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing really. I love the software. Been a user for 8 years. Sure, there are things I'd like to change but overall, I feel like Keap is the only software that actually listens and improved based on customer data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Wow. Great question. I am able to nurture and love on my customers peacefully and automagically with Keap. My entire business is run through Keap and I don't know what I'd do without it. It's all of my money, reporting, emails, webforms, etc!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

I like the fact that Keap is available on all of my devices and I can very quickly access my calendar/availability realtime. Since using Keap, I have not missed meeting appointments and more prospects have reached out to me to schedule meetings. It has completely eliminated phone calls and emails back and forth tryiong to schedule meetings! Great time saver! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

Feature wise, I'd like more eblast capability. There are several steps involved and I'd like a simpler, drag and drop approach- I'm not strong in setting up sequences et cetera. I'd also like ALL of the emails on my server to be connected to specific Keap contacts. In the technical area, the only issue I have is the app doesn't format to landscape view on my tablet or cell phones - it's always in portrait view - not a major issue though! What problems is Keap solving and how is that benefiting you?

Follow-up, follow-up, follow-up. When contacts call, text or pay invoices in Keap, my response and follow-up is excellent! Keap has streamlined my follow-up by keeping track of important conversations I have with prospects and clients. What do you like best about Keap?

To me, the heart of Keap is the campaign builder. I'm a visual person, which is why it's perfect for me. Once you know Keap's crm, you can use Keap's campaign builder like visual Lego blocks to market to leads according to their individual behavior. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

How easy it is to look up a client using their Name, email or phone number Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The system assigns each client an ID Number, but we can not use that ID Number for any other purpose ie, searching for the client's account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

I've used several email systems Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo and Keap is hands down the worst of them all. Compared to these other systems, there's not really anything I like about it. I have heard that Infusionsoft itself is good, powerful software - but the cut down version they call "Keap" is a big miss Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

Let me be very clear about this. They say that there are no lock in contracts and it is month- to-month. But there is literally no "cancel" button in the dashboard. What they have is a "schedule a call to talk to us about cancelling" button. So I clicked this and then had to wait DAYS before somebody from Keap emailed me trying to convince me to stay with them. I told them that I didn't want a call but just wanted to cancel my contract before my next billing cycle (which was a week away). They told me that they couldn't cancel my next bill because I hadn't given them 10 days notice!!!

So BEWARE signing up to Keap, they make it REALLY hard to cancel and, if you are like me, you will get stuck with months of extra billing for a service you didn't want.

There is no excuse for a company to have this kind of unscrupulous cancellation policy these days. It reflects on the ethics and morals of the company. I do not support Keap in any way.

Not only is it the least intuitive, most clunky email system I've ever used (it just feels like a cut down version of their real product, Infusionsoft) but the company has no ethics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Keap:

Honestly, either go with their full product (Infusionsoft) if you really need it, or if you need a lite weight email system go with Mailchimp which is much better value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was trying to run an email marketing system for my destination wedding business. But Keap was WAY more expensive than Mailchimp for the same functionality. There were no benefits so I cancelled (which they made really hard) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We understand why providing a verbal cancelation seems like an unnecessary step, but given the valuable and sensitive data that we store for our customers, for verification and security purposes we need to have a verbal conversation to make any changes to an account. This includes cancellation. We want to make sure the request for cancellation of account change is authorized, and that our customers are aware of the next steps: how long data is stored, when the cancellation takes effect, and how to restore data if needed. We are sorry for causing any frustration. I have checked with a customer success supervisor and your account has been canceled.
