The support team is amazing; you couldn't ask for better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is a lot to keep up on. There are so many new features being added, and they have to be well managed to avoid problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Personally I really really like the UI/UX of the CRM. The simplicity behind the CRM is insane. I use this as an all in one and it's just so darn good as a CRM. I recommend for anyone and everyone UNLESS you're in an industry that has more specific CRMs like being an attorney, or a financial advisor, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The email automations are a bit cancerous sometimes. There's this issue that when I finish creating a template and then I preview the email. when I receive the test email in my inbox I see a bunch of code where the display text is for the email before I even click the individual email and open it up. I spent so many hours fixing my email automation templates so the code doesn't show.
Keap/InfusionSoft team! Y'all need to do something about this!
Also, I literally went into live chat multiple times when I was encountering email automation issues at the time. I was #1 in the queue, and no one was there to answer me? What kind of customer support is that? I literally sat in the waiting line room for like 30-60 minutes and NOTHING. MULTIPLE TIMES!
Customer Service is a must guys. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Keap is intuitive and easy to use, and I like the visual dashboard which helps keep me on point. The automations and pipeline features will assist with consistent follow up and help generate the revenue that gets lost when the follow up process breaks down. The onboarding and customer support has been terrific so far! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only cons so far are user-related, lol... I need to practice more to create the more advanced automations, as you obviously want to get those set up right the first time. Otherwise it's been terrific. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like the most is the ability to have everything or as many things as possible in one platform. And in a close second place, I like the automation capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think Keap has to improve the spread of the platform both on desktop and surely on the phone. There also some minor bugs and processes that could be better, less limiting, but I do push the platform a lot. I do see also how the platform continues to improve with time. Keap has been very helpful to our company by automatizing processes like campaigns, emails, quotes and invoices. In addition, We are able to easy follow the stage of our projects and keep on track of every step involved in our service. This way we have been able to not only saving valuable time for other activities while keeping our company on budget since we do not have to open any extra position to perform this kind of activities.
Another good feature about Keap is that we can easy schedule in person and online appointments with our clients by sending them the invitation for them to choose their most conveninet time. As a complement, we included a landing page in our website that redirect our clients to our schedule for they to easy book their appointment without even call or email us. This booking process is set with reminders sent to the clients and to the company to ensure the effectiveness of every appointment. Our clients love the convenince of this system.
Finally, I want to mention how important it is to get access to the tasks section that helps to completing taks and following up with clients and suppliers always on time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike a few details in the invoice section. It doesn't allow me to add a common payment method in Canada called e-Transfer. This is a transfer due through the bank by sending or receiving the money using an email address registered in the bank with the account. Also, I am not able to select the day when the payment was due. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to import and tag contact makes it quick and straightforward to categorize and manage contacts when sending emails. You're also able to easily export contact tags into a CSV file, we use this to send our sales reps who are actively engaging with our digital communication. It's also very easy to scale images in emails to your liking, in other email platforms I've used, you've only been able to select "banner, fit, large, medium, small." It is also helpful that keap stores that images we've used previously in communication, for easy access later. When we created a new templated email, our header and brand images convenient to get a hold of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When having multiple boxes on the same row, if one of your items is an image and another is a more extended text box, it leaves a lot of white space. This can be tricky to play with, and I wish you could wrap text around an image. We once sent an email that got through Keap's Spam checker, but it was received in our clients spam box. It usually is very thorough, so this is something that surprised us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing really. I love the software. Been a user for 8 years. Sure, there are things I'd like to change but overall, I feel like Keap is the only software that actually listens and improved based on customer data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
