For a one-person operation or start-up, I love that Keap includes a business phone number so you can avoid making your personal cell number public and know if calls are personal or for business. It has a wide variety of additional features (email marketing, invoicing, checkout forms, online bookings, etc.), but I've found that the features are very basic and not customizable. What I've seen from Infusionsoft (now Keap) over the last decade is a strong focus on small businesses. They decided early to not expand into Enterprise which means that they can focus on real businesses that are beyond shopping for software likes it's a consumer item.

They do well for startups and micro-enterprises though they don't compete for the freemium models so prevalent today. That means that customer services, training, expansion and exponential growth for my businesses are their focus Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
