It is a very robust program which can make it not very user-friendly, however once you get the hang of it it's easy to use. Some of their features are outdated and need to be updated to make it easier to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

For a one-person operation or start-up, I love that Keap includes a business phone number so you can avoid making your personal cell number public and know if calls are personal or for business. The option to text clients is also amazing. This, along with the pipeline and automation features are well worth the investment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

It has a wide variety of additional features (email marketing, invoicing, checkout forms, online bookings, etc.), but I've found that the features are very basic and not customizable. There native integrations for many other more robust programs, but then the "all-in-one" software appeal is lost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Keap solving and how is that benefiting you?

I think that Keap could be amazing at steamlining lead management for small businesses, but I eventually chose to go back to my previous system because I utilize customizable online proposals and contracts, which is a native feature there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

What do you like best about Keap?

What I've seen from Infusionsoft (now Keap) over the last decade is a strong focus on small businesses. They decided early to not expand into Enterprise which means that they can focus on real businesses that are beyond shopping for software likes it's a consumer item.

They do well for startups and micro-enterprises though they don't compete for the freemium models so prevalent today. That means that customer services, training, expansion and exponential growth for my businesses are their focus Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
