What do you like best about Keap?

Very easy to look up file names. Data entry is seamless. Lots of options for storing data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

As we have geared up, we find additional ways that Keap can help us. Recently we instituted the link between our email program and link. You put a new customer in, and next thing you know, all old emails are moved into Keap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

Trying to learn how things work. Sometimes the info is hard to find. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Keap solving and how is that benefiting you?

We cannot put information under the Company, only the contacts. We have many clients that have multiple employees with different responsibilities. VP Of Sales, President, Multiple Sales People, and they all have info that should be processed from the Company level.

DBA names are not handled properly.

It cannot show an individual in more than one record. If he owns two companies, there is no way to show this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

I love Keap's ability to automate repetitive parts of my business. My prospects and clients receive regular contact and nurturing. No one gets forgotten and I can delegate parts of the process to others for support! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Lack of time - I'm able to delegate tasks like writing emails or entering contacts

What do you like best about Keap?

The personable customer service. During the tech age, automation is a wonderful addition making implementation of tasks easier and quicker. But if you need assistance getting started or resolving a problem, today you are often met with clueless bots, which do even understand your issue, much less provide a solution. The representatives in Keap are attentive, knowledgeable, effective and live. I actually enjoy talking to them, instead of being apprehensive about asking questions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

It is still sometimes complicated and requires patience and a certain level of technical knowledge. But, as I mentioned, if you get stuck, there is someone to help, a big improvement over many CRM systems. Search systems can always be improved (e.g., sometimes what I am looking for does not exactly fit what the system searches for). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Keap solving and how is that benefiting you?

To develop easy, repeatable pipelines for sales of products and acquiring and storing leads. It is helping me automate actions (e.g., thanking people for order, delivering receipt or certificates in exchange for emails, etc) that I use to do manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

Keap looked good at first but then it showed its true color, gread for money only. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

We agreed to try out Keap for $79 per month. Then a few months into it we are being charged $280 per month. We called Keap and they refused to give us our money back. We called AMEX or American Express, which we have a platnuim card and AMEX still stuck us with the charge. Totally uncool. What's even more uncool is that Keap had a bunch of kids running around trying to set up calls and meetings to demo this product and not once did they follow through with anything. It's a shame that I'm that upset after dealing with Keap that I had to voice my opinion. All said, we lost out on a couple grand. What do you like best about Keap?

Keap is at it best for their automation. I love how easy it is to setup weekly reminders for my clients, lead generation campaigns and even all the emails that need to go out to all members of my membership. It saves me a shitload of time and money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
