What do you like best about Keap?

Since it was rebranded to Keap the prices came down by a lot but 90% of the functionality was retained, so a really good value for money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Texting is not available in Australia and not possible to upload contact photos easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

I like Keap's customer service, office hours with Jennifer, and support that their team has offered to better serve their community. My on boarding process was smooth and now I consider myself an expert in automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

I think the integration tools with my website could be much better. The plug-in on word press is outdated and one-dimensional and their is no automation trigger to send emails to people who didn't open them! There are also no lists but tags instead. My tags are now cluttered.

It's also very difficult to figure out how to automate a double opt in for anyone who comes into our database. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

Keap has a great follow-up process where I received a call from an authorized representative that had interfaced with one of our clients who was having issues processing payment. The Keap representative called me with the customer information to let me know about the issue and I followed up with the customer and completed the payment transaction. What do you dislike about Keap?

We use the affiliate center but we have noticed that it is somewhat limited. I hope there are plans to upgrade that portion of the Keap site as many companies are moving to affiliate marketing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We utilize the automation sequences throughout our entire business and Keap allows us to build, optimize and scale our campaigns in every part of our online funnels. What do you like best about Keap?

We seem to get a lot of spam. And it would be nice to have spell check when creating an email from the customer's profile. Not able to set send date from email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

I know that a CRM is important in the type of business I'm in, and I appreciate all the different available functions. I honestly did not take the time to learn how to use it but really enjoyed the customer support I received, which finally led me to stick with Keap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

The drag and drop functionality of the campaign is nice. It's always you to reformat or move the flows around vs software like Drip that populates the placement on your behalf. This is a big complaint I had with Drip because it made the workflows so large and hard to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

Takes a lot of clicks to update your emails and campaigns. Makes creating or updating campaigns more time-consuming. The filtering on the contacts could use some work as if you filter and need to update the search requirements you have to start back at zero vs just updating the previous filter. What do you like best about Keap?

What do you dislike about Keap?

The original Infusionsoft was EASIER - until Keap came along and decided to complicate it. There is potential for this platform to do so much - but it's not easy for users - especially new ones, or non-techny ones - to navigate. The automation is confusing - you keep having to go in and out of windows to do the next step. Good luck trying to manually add an email list - you have first designate it - and THEN you can add it to an existing distribution list. UGH click me OUT of here! One of the departments uses Keap, to auto-schedule appointments for clients. However, you need a pro to build the templates - a novice can't create it - and therein lies the problem.
