What do you like best about Keap?

Keap makes it easy for me as the marketer for a small business to send broadcasts, automate campaigns, and tag contacts. I've been able to create and run any marketing campaign I can dream of with their tools and don't see that changing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

The most current downside I'm experiencing with Keap is their lack of PII compliance. If you run Facebook ads and use Keap forms, Facebook will mark your account in violation of their terms because Keap passes personal information in the url. Keap is aware of the issue, but it is a very low priority currently. It makes me nervous that my Facebook account could be jeopardized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

The learning curve has been steep. The move to Keap helped simplify the interface and make it more intuitve. Keep in mind, advanced use requires advanced training and experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Keap:

Adopting a new CRM is a major commitement in both training a discipline. I've worked with a numbr of platforms from basic $39 a month one pagers to mamoth ERP packages. Your success is really a function of your personal discipline and commitment to learing the software you're using. Keap contains the elements you need. Oher software may do one thing or an other better or easier, but on balance I still continue to use Keap and recommend it to others ahead of other platforms. What problems is Keap solving and how is that benefiting you?

its primary use is email marketing/drip campaigns. It is stil one of the best tools for conditional triggers/fileters. While it doen't do everything in house, integrations for specialized funtions are readily available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

Campaigns are excellent, and the complexity of the whole app is mind-boggling. I really would have no problems with recommending Keap. I would recommend going to the Keap university if you get the chance. We have been using the system 8 years and still feel we are only scratching the surface of what it can do Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

Support rarely seems to know the answer to questions. Although they have improved the campaign launching, I still get extremely nervous when launching a campaign that the logic won't work but that is more a comment on me than the app! What problems is Keap solving and how is that benefiting you?

Customer relations. We mail out monthly newsletter, manage client 'journeys' and interrogate our database based on unique tags. I also use the system to manage my day to day, with tasks and reminders created to prompt me when to make calls. What do you like best about Keap?

Keap is a tremendous value for the money and has an incredibly simple learning curve. As a former hubspot customer, once I tried Keap, I made the switch and never went back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

It allows me to do really basic things, but I can see how I can become more and more sophisticated in using it. I've a ton to learn and I can see that they are regularly doing upgrades and additional capability all the time. I also really love the customer support - have generally found it to be excellent. Even though it's not by phone, I really appreciate the online videos and screenshots they produce to facilitate the answer or solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

There is so much to learn and really not even knowing where to begin learning (as in which thing to learn) was a real blocker. I just couldn't work out where I should start. How do I know what I don't know? I would have loved some tutorials at the very beginning on 'email deliverability' and all the things that impact that (I didn't even know it was a thing when I signed up for Keap - I am a novice) because now I am having to go back and fix a lot of things I could have avoided. I know that's a tall order because it's really teaching business practices which is probably not in Keap's role and responsibility! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

I started with Keap Pro and really loved the canvas and campaign builder. I wanted a robust system that would adapt to my changing needs. The online training really helpful, and the help desk was fantastic when I got hung up. But when I started using a shared campaign that had been built using Infusionsoft, I realized the time and date functions wouldn't work in Keap Pro. I wanted the functionality of Schedule Once, so I upgraded to Infusionsoft Max Classic. I really like the ability to add features. It's working so smoothly now. I asked the questions about the differences between Keap Pro and Max Classic, but I didn't really understand the explanation. If I'd known about the time/date problem for those using Schedule Once, I would have gone to Max Classic right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am looking to automate as much of my business as possible. Keap helps me do that. It stops emails when the desired goal has been reached.
