Keap makes it easy for me as the marketer for a small business to send broadcasts, automate campaigns, and tag contacts. I've been able to create and run any marketing campaign I can dream of with their tools and don't see that changing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The most current downside I'm experiencing with Keap is their lack of PII compliance. If you run Facebook ads and use Keap forms, Facebook will mark your account in violation of their terms because Keap passes personal information in the url. Keap is aware of the issue, but it is a very low priority currently. It makes me nervous that my Facebook account could be jeopardized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Keap enables you to create both complex and simple sales automation campaigns. I use it for daily personal communications and much larger marketing campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The learning curve has been steep. The move to Keap helped simplify the interface and make it more intuitve. Keep in mind, advanced use requires advanced training and experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Campaigns are excellent, and the complexity of the whole app is mind-boggling. I really would have no problems with recommending Keap. I would recommend going to the Keap university if you get the chance. Support rarely seems to know the answer to questions. Although they have improved the campaign launching, I still get extremely nervous when launching a campaign that the logic won't work but that is more a comment on me than the app! It allows me to do really basic things, but I can see how I can become more and more sophisticated in using it. I've a ton to learn and I can see that they are regularly doing upgrades and additional capability all the time. I also really love the customer support - have generally found it to be excellent. There is so much to learn and really not even knowing where to begin learning (as in which thing to learn) was a real blocker. I just couldn't work out where I should start. How do I know what I don't know? I would have loved some tutorials at the very beginning on 'email deliverability' and all the things that impact that (I didn't even know it was a thing when I signed up for Keap - I am a novice) because now I am having to go back and fix a lot of things I could have avoided. I know that's a tall order because it's really teaching business practices which is probably not in Keap's role and responsibility! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I liked that in theory you could set up a really cool automated campaign. And have it look seamless for the potential user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I started with Keap Pro and really loved the canvas and campaign builder. I wanted a robust system that would adapt to my changing needs. The online training really helpful, and the help desk was fantastic when I got hung up. But when I started using a shared campaign that had been built using Infusionsoft, I realized the time and date functions wouldn't work in Keap Pro. I wanted the functionality of Schedule Once, so I upgraded to Infusionsoft Max Classic. I really like the ability to add features. It's working so smoothly now. I asked the questions about the differences between Keap Pro and Max Classic, but I didn't really understand the explanation. If I'd known about the time/date problem for those using Schedule Once, I would have gone to Max Classic right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The automation can sometimes be a chore to stop if someone no long wishes to be contacted and I'm not in the office. I just log in using my phone but it's something I have to pay attention to when I'm not in the office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
