What do you like best about Keap?

I can appreciate the convenience of having everything at my fingertips. New Leads, payments, reminders, and tasks are all conveniently on my dashboard, making the start of each day a breeze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

It's a small inconvenience, but is definitely a dislike. When you pull up a clients order under the quick look tab, the balance shows up in red as unpaid even when the client is paid in full. That just means I have to open the full file and go into payments to make sure there isn't a balance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Keap solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keeping up with cases that are ready to be filed has been solved by creating a projected filing date tab. Now we can set the filing date when creating the account and have that client's projected filing date appear on my dashboard for easy tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

Keap is very helpful with the daily tasks and keeping track of contacts next steps. Notifications are very useful and monitoring outcomes of emails sent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's too easy to accidentally create duplicate contacts. There should be a pop up with a warning notifying of duplicate accounts Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

Keap is a centralized place for all my costumers information and it helps a lot with regular automated tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Only thing I wish it had is better foreign language configuration. Sometimes my Portuguese costumers get a few English words. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

I like the functionality of the software to cover account records, notes, tasks and marketing opportunities. The visual organization of daily tasks and dashboard function make my daily jobs focused and productive! Follow up and the nurture flow for our clients is incredible on KEAP. No one falls "through the cracks". The Tasks and Note section make it possible for a new employee to pick right up where the last communication left off. What do you like best about Keap?

We have had extensive training and support to set up our automations, and they're a great way to reach our clients and database. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

Even after paying substantially for training, it's complicated. So many features missing like ability to use emoji in message & subject line, and really get your communications reflecting your brand. We are paying a lot for KEAP monthly already, and them paying for extra add ons to external companies (such as gospiffy) to be able customise and brand certain aspects. Makes for an expensive monthly platform. Keap should provide much more in terms of personalisation for branding etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

The API lets me extend Infusionsoft to do things it couldn't possibly do for everyone. I have a LOT of API calls running to do many many things. I build a custom admin site to update contacts, tags etc without logging into Infusionsoft. It is my master CRM database which I sync to a local server for quicker access to the web server for my custom member's web site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

The order forms are pretty weak. I use ThriveCart to add order bumps and a sales funnel with upsells and downsells. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

I love the email automation. Saves me HOURS each week. The Pipeline is where I live. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

I cant view Companies as well as I would like. Keap makes you use the customer instead of the company. My crew hates this, as the calendar scheduler populates with customers instead of Companies. The Dashboard needs some improvements, and some filtering improvements. Lots of drawbacks but lots of plus factors too. Worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

The product has an easy-to-learn and use layout about it that makes navigation and task completion simple. The ablity to perform an email broadcase either ad hoc or as part of a campaign.
