Once you learn how to use the Keap system it is so easy to generate email campaigns. I love the ability to make calls and send texts through the app on my cell phone. This way clients, and future clients, get a phone number that is not your personal cell number but you get the phone calls on your personal cell number. When a client calls it will bring up them through the Keap app and you get all their info right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only dislike is that it takes a little time to learn how to set up the proper email sequences. Once you do the system is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been using Keap (formerly Infusionsoft) for 8+ years in my business. Not gunna lie...in the beginning, it was rough to learn the system. But TODAY - easy peasy! Some small bugs and quirks pop up here and there, particularly when setting up public forms, but the customer service team always works quickly to resolve issues Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Technical needs were available immediately for advanced users. However, it was also intuitive enough especially for newbies and thus makes it easy to teach the app use better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Mo ile functionality was hampered making it harder to use when on the go. Laptop experience is okay. Overall easy to use but as a personal preference would like seeing more color in the design. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I didn't love the way I was sales called into joining. It felt rushed and I was regretful of my decision originally. The email builder is not very user-friendly and I wish it had more options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At first, I was overwhelmed by the choices I had in the system, but I built what I needed part by part and Keap's customer service and tech support is incredibly supportive and has been instrumental in my success! The Keap Team is incredible to work with! They truly want to see you succeed! Their weekly web training meetings are incredible and allow you to ask live questions and get on the spot help! I love how easy it is to use the system. Training was a must, however, Matt was brillant, supportive, patient, and knowledgable. He made sure I had everything I needed to know and where to find it if I realized later I had a question. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I disklike is the limited options of payment processing integrations. I use Square and have for a long time, but Square doesn't have an integration for Keap. I really like the fact that is easy to use but pretty robust. We can do a lot of things in one software, also love the fact that you put up workshop to teach people how use it and that's super helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like how there's not a search button for setting in the software. The search is only for customer, and many times I forget where I found a certain setting and takes forever to find again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
