What do you like best about Keap?

Once you learn how to use the Keap system it is so easy to generate email campaigns. I love the ability to make calls and send texts through the app on my cell phone. This way clients, and future clients, get a phone number that is not your personal cell number but you get the phone calls on your personal cell number. When a client calls it will bring up them through the Keap app and you get all their info right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

I've been using Keap (formerly Infusionsoft) for 8+ years in my business. Not gunna lie...in the beginning, it was rough to learn the system. But TODAY - easy peasy! What do you like best about Keap?

Technical needs were available immediately for advanced users. However, it was also intuitive enough especially for newbies and thus makes it easy to teach the app use better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Mo ile functionality was hampered making it harder to use when on the go. Laptop experience is okay. Overall easy to use but as a personal preference would like seeing more color in the design. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We used it for email marketing and newsletter building. Keap helped us to increase distribution efficiency by cleaning our contact list and ensuring the links were up-to-fate. At first, I was overwhelmed by the choices I had in the system, but I built what I needed part by part and Keap's customer service and tech support is incredibly supportive and has been instrumental in my success! The Keap Team is incredible to work with! They truly want to see you succeed! Their weekly web training meetings are incredible and allow you to ask live questions and get on the spot help! I have a complex business offering multiple products, some sold through channel partners! Keep has allowed me to customize my sales funnels, product delivery, customer support and channel partner interaction, all with one product! I wouldn't be as successful without Keap and their team! What do you like best about Keap?

I love how easy it is to use the system. Training was a must, however, Matt was brillant, supportive, patient, and knowledgable. He made sure I had everything I needed to know and where to find it if I realized later I had a question. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

The only thing I disklike is the limited options of payment processing integrations. I use Square and have for a long time, but Square doesn't have an integration for Keap. Instead, I had to open a new account with another company. Not a bad thing, but not the easiest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Look for a company that not only satisfies your organizational needs, but also one that is present when you need them. I cannot tell you how important it is to have a company that answers your calls, responds to your emails, etc. Keap is a company that *listens!* They care about you, not just your money. What problems is Keap solving and how is that benefiting you?

Time! I am solving the problem of time! No longer do I need to retype email broadcasts every time I want to send a new one. No longer do I need to manually set up appointments for new contacts. All of this is done for me! Keap makes it so easy to quickly do everything I need to do. There are limitless possibilties with their automation system. When a potential client emails me via my website form, an email is automatically sent back to them that allows them to book an appointment with me then a second is sent (after booking said appointment) with information they need to know before going into said appointment. What do you like best about Keap?

I really like the fact that is easy to use but pretty robust. We can do a lot of things in one software, also love the fact that you put up workshop to teach people how use it and that's super helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
